wow this is amazing! thanks for making this free to download, youve got talent man
Your next task: Go to the bathroom.
Wash your face.
Put your shoulders hunched upwards.
Look really, really slowly upwards towards the mirror like in the movies
And slap yourself in the face.
With your game face on.
And go shred with jim.
It'll work, trust me.

Just need to scan the artwork, touch it up on photoshop, and upload. I promise this is going to be worth the wait!
Haha Johnny it is a small world, he's a guy I've worked with before.
Here's a freebie track if you guys want to hear some new stuff:

OK! This is FINISHED! I couldn't get the artwork on it properly, but I figure this is a bonus cd anyway, so it doesn't matter so much. Since this is really late, I decided to throw in a couple extra tracks as well, so hopefully those will go down well.
Individual download links will be sent by emails to those who donated, you should be receiving them this evening when I get back from work.
And please take the time to leave a comment if you liked it, it means a lot to me to know that my music isn't just falling on deaf ears.

Yet another reply to myself, but this is important. This is a bit of an embarrassing "Last-Ditch Effort" type letter which I'm presenting to absolutely everyone everywhere:
I’m not sure where to begin so I’ll begin from the start: For those who don’t know me, my name is Nicholas Laroche. I’m attempting to now live exclusively off of my music. I’ve been producing electronica and hip-hop for about 5 years, and have been playing guitar and other instruments for around 12-13 years now. I’ve always considered music a dream and have worked hard to try and be ready when an opportunity presents itself.
In December, Glorious (the MC I work with), sent one of our tracks to Sans Pression, who’s the number 1 selling hip-hop artist here in Quebec. He went crazy over the track, called us up the next day and booked an interview with us for the 6th of February.
We also both run radio shows on an internet radio station started by a friend of ours, called Hip Hop For You, or http://www.hh4u.ca. We figured it would be a good way to promote our music, and it’s gotten astronomically huge recently, with Glorious alone having over 6000+ people added within a MONTH just through radio advertisements!
Things are getting huge, and the album is 1 track away from being completed, but the problem is both of our personal lives throwing obstacles every which way towards us. I won’t get into his personal life, but as for me, here’s a little list: I quit my job, then was fired from it, then fined for $3500 asked to go in for another day to cover someone else’s shift, and then had my pay subsequently withheld. Why? Because I was a mop salesman, and for 5 days of work in 2009, I didn’t sell enough mops. I was at 100% commission, so on top of the fine, those 5 days I didn’t make much money at all (between 10-20$/day).
I’m also getting evicted, have around 1500$ in outstanding debts, and a massive $13.45 in my bank account. I have no credit which to speak of.
All of this wouldn’t t be a problem if we had money to be able to print our cds… there are an enormous list of people waiting to buy it, as well as some people who want to buy bulk and re-sell them to help us out! If you have heard my music, and you like it, please help support me by donating even as small as 1$ to [email protected] via PayPal.
The album is at 5$, and for each person who donates that amount I will gladly not only provide you with a copy of our hip-hop album, Double Calibre, but I’ll of course throw in my 2 solo project albums as well.
This is basically just a one in a million shot type of letter, hoping that even 1 person out there helps out to make February livable for me.
Pass this along to anyone you know, as well as a link to my full-length free cd, The Laroche Crossing. If I could just get even a few people to help out, we’ll be able to print off our album and make some sales!
Sincerely,
Nick Laroche

Wow, thank you very much to everyone who has helped so far! I really appreciate it... I'm in a super shitty situation and my old employers are just incredible dicks who just won't leave me alone, so it's really nice to know there's some humanity left in the world after all!
BIG thanks to Matt Cross especially! This guy is one the most generous and helpful people I know, thanks so much for helping me out of this.

Thanks Mosher, mucho appreciated!
Album is complete... that's like 2 finished in a month, not bad! All I got to do is some post-production work and then get 500 copies printed somehow. It's going to be an incredibly easy sale, which is a good thing.
I've discussed with the MC putting a single online, so if that comes out of course I'll advertise it here... free of charge!
Oh and I'll be back in kicking shape this summer hopefully.
