Making music again. Making some sappy winter songs, a remix of one of my old songs, and a song with driving sex samples.

Also going to put my entire next paycheck into a sampler. Can't wait for that check to arrive in 2 Fridays!

Not having a car kind of sucks. I can't just randomly drive over to missoula to hang. I'm soooooooooooooo fucking bored Kevin. When are you coming to town again? :P

By the way, are you still at your parents house?

My job has a 6 month probationary period where I can't take any time off whatsoever. that ends April 13, so maybe April 20th

Still living in the parents basement. Money going to booze and the bank. Pretty sweet deal, and pretty boring at the same time. The carpet sucks so I rarely play footbag there. Might try tonight though. Still need to get off my ass and buy some lavers or q2/3's

Here's a vid for the readers. I actually played footbag. Had no endurance because I haven't been playing so it's tricks that are either new or rare for me like tod, nukes, and gyro whirling swirl.

*sorry for the lighting, the vid isn't nearly as dark on the original file.

Hey I watched that video and I guess I forgot to comment.

Your style has gotten even better somehow, which is really saying something.

Ah, good stuff Kevin. I wish I could have made it to Evan´s birthday the other night, but I´m in Ecuador. I´m in a city called Riobamba and it kinda sucks. I can´t wait to get down to Peru.

When I get back to the great Northwest on Mar. 2nd, I´ll probably spend 10 days in Boise and then try to bus it up to Missoula. I sold my car, so I am curently without wheels of my own. I would love to spend some time in my home away from home come mid-march. I haven´t played much footbag in a while, at least since I left Eugene. I´d like to get back into it, but my quantums are back in Texas. ¿See yáll in March, maybe?

Ben is the daddy-mack of mack-daddies.

Can't wait to see you again Riley. it's crazy to think that you're hiking volcanoes and swimming under waterfalls and shit.

Played footbag today and filmed. Played for 30 minutes before losing all my endurance. Actually did a couple strings. And hit ripstein. I can only hit that move about once a year, so can't wait till 2010!

Turn the volume down. The song is kind of annoying, but I've never seen a footbag video with breakcore in the background.

Nice double downs!

The arch was dope dude! Falling over made me laugh out loud.
First think about how to practice or don't bother practicing.

I liked the pics and the videos Kevin, thanks for posting them!

The second run in the last vid was awesome, loved the Gyro Refraction you through in there :D !

Just a tip for your double downs on your flip, try attacking it faster. You got the motion and the speed, I think timing is the issue.

Take care bud :)

I'll have to practice that. Thanks for the tip.

I saw a guy at the plasma center today who looked like he could be your younger brother. The place is full of look-a-likes.

What have you done so far with your sampler?

Habit@: Been spending most of the time just trying to figure it out. Made an ambient track with piano, violins and pizzicats. Also made a remix of 'The Frail' by nine inch nails. it's super fun! Can't wait til I can take time off and we can jamskis.

Played foozbag with the MFA yesterday. My balance seemed unusually on and my duck/dive style felt different...but in a good way. it was fun.

some hilights:
-smoke>blurriest
-run with bsos gyro dlo and a spinning dlo
-pixie opp symp egg>string
-pixie opp symp whirl bsos
-(blur>phoenix>rpt)> a run with bsos assassin and a ripped warrior
-spin blender>bullwhip>ps whirl>string
-(atom smasher>datw>rpt)>string w/spin whirl>scorpions tail>ps whirl>spin whirl>spin eggbeater in the middle

edit: getting a haircut tomorrow for the first time in 8 months. Getting ready to look 17 again. weeeeeee

Damn Kevin, you are fucking good! It demotivates me knowing we started at the same time b in the d and reminds me of how terrible I am/was/always will be. But, also probably the only reason I don't quit completely. Because whenever we do hang, I don't want feel a complete dumbass. AKA, I'm a jealous, washed-up never-was, bitch. :P

Recently I cut my own hair. It's fucking sick because you don't have to pay $12+ but it sucks because I've never cut hair before and I fucked it up. At first I looked like I cut my own hair, but its grown and now it doesn't look as extreme. Consider if you are ever low on cash.

That's pretty rad James. ps: You have the sickest links and rip it up!

Sometimes I give myself challenges and I failed one today and now feel like shit. I found a coupon for an amazing deal and took advantage of it. The challenge was to finish a complete pizza meal that this coupon gave me for half price. I ate an entire large 5 topping pizza, 2 liters of coke, and only half the box of cheese sticks. Now I'm in a coma and taking 20 minute trips to the bathroom :(

Ha! drunk gay men have no shame. I'm gonna try and play tonight after some beers so will give that a shot. I suck at muted swirls though.

That reminds me of the dream I had last night. There was a huge tree monster in my neighbors yard... a giant 4 story wooden troll with branches sticking out of his body. He was spinning a massive branch in his hand like a pen and if he dropped it, it would have crushed my neighbors house. This pissed me off so I yelled "Are you as gay as you are tall?!" and he got super aggressive and could control storms. He tried shooting lightning bolts at me and so I ran inside. He was trying to kill me and my family by throwing lightning through the windows so we crept in the basement. His eyes would peer into the windows trying to find us. Each eye was as big as a 15 passenger van. He couldn't find us though so we chilled and drank beers in the darkness.
