Did you make the spidey bag? that thing is sick! props!

I'm not too sure where your game is at these days, but here's some tiltless stuff! to work on:

clipper > far legover rpt bs
legover>legover rpt
same side mirage >pickup rpt
illusion > legover rpt bs
mirage > ss mirage rpt
clipper > far clipper rpt
illusion > mirage rpt bs
clipper > far clipper > far legover rpt

let me know how those go for ya

I can hit... Legovers, and all stalls (Toe & Clipper) very consistent on both sides... My right side Mirage and Illusion are very strong. I would like to get those 2 tricks strong on my left side. Butterflys are strong. Would like to get more contacts on infinities. I can do ducking, but I would like to get that stronger as well... But for now... I would just like to get basics done on both sides... Then pixie or other sets... Thats more important right now.

Hope that helps anyone whos trying to help :D

butterfly>ss clipper>pdx mirage rpt
clipper>far pickup> mirage rpt
clippers b2b x50 to 100
illusion> pickup rpt

some to try if you want to get good at pixie and the way i taught myself

clipper>far legover> pixie ss mirage rpt
parkwalk> far legover rpt

i found that it was always better to do pixies from far legover and since you are fairly consistent at don't them it should make it easier to do pixies mid string and so on. you can also try them out of the pickup stuff i put down. im not really good at thinking of simple drills soo if i think of anymore i will share them with you.

take care and have a good time shredding your heart out.

We should start shredding before gym more. I hate that retarded net game I play with Tom and Austin and all them. I only play it because it passes time. It's really "fictional, just like the bible" hahaha.

Its been a while...

I plan on shreddin for a couple of hours this saturday (as Ive been doing for the last couple of weeks). Im gona start working on SS Mirage more. Would love to throw torque into my trick list, and hit that pdx mirage cleaner: even though Im getting pretty good at pdx mirage  Infinities are still progressing, I try to hit atleast 4 b2b infinities before I end every session as a confidence boost lol. Hopefully when school ends I will be able to shred more, hoping for 3 times a week atleast. Would love to have longer links with more 3's. 10-15 contacts includding b2b ducking clippers, b2b infinities, and spinning clippers would be my goal before the summer ends. Any advice to help me achieve my goal FOOTBAG WORLD?

Gona session in about an hour. Hopefully I can stay focused on drilling and not get side tracked. Im gona try to work on B2B Clippers and Infinities (Ofcourse) and then maybe work on SS Mirage on my flip and Butter on my flip (Cuz I noticed my flip butterfly isnt too hot).

I really cant wait till school ends, I deff wana get back into the swing of things with Footbag and all. I have many goals that I want to be accomplished before the new school year starts, and I know the only way they will be achieved is through lots of hard work and focus. For some reason, when it comes to footbag: the hard work is there but the focus is always shaky. I just wish I could stick to a plan of what I want to do in a session, but I guess thats whats wrong with me. I try to hard to work on a few things, and when I randomly do something else I get side tracked. Maybe I just need to go with the flow more.

Well, Im gona stretch a little before my session. Thanx for reading everyone.

yeah man, it was a great session.

I hope the next one can be just as good. I plan on hitting more Clippers b2b, maybe 20 this time

I seem to be understanding my form better and noticing the set needs to be cleaner on my clippers, another key thing is always keeping my back straight, I tend to forget this sometimes. I just need to practice on form more and see were my weak points are. And I'm sure I will hit those 20 b2b clippers in no time...

B2B Clippers lookin SAAWEEEET!

Had tons of long runs today, very happy that I hit everything I tried. I drilled a lot, working on flipside and getting my posture better on those infinities. I worked on SS Mirage for a bit on both sides, noticed its a way better bail than clipper>far legover, but thats also the drill that got me able to hit pdx illusions, so I guess it worked out either way. Always a plus. Oh and BTW, I had todays session with a bag that I made. It was very broken in by then end of the session, and I bet it will be choice for my next shred.

::Highlights::

 Symposium Mirage>Butter>DLO from clip

 Mirage>Butter>pdx mirage>rpt x2

 3x Mirage>Butter>pdx mirage>2x Mirage

 Ripwalk>Infinity

 DLO and Eggbeater from toe First try on both!!!! Can we say "Back to back homeruns for the nubie?!?!?"

 Ducking Clipper>Infinity>Ducking Clipper>Infinity!!!! BSOS!!!!

From now on Im gona call BSOS "Honey"

Bee Sauce=Honey :P

That was coined when the term BSOS was popularized by Sam Colclough in like 2002-ish. It's in a video I will upload some time to nonHackrifice on YouTube :P (He actually wrote it just like that too: "BSOS = Bee Sauce = Honey")

Eric... Haha thats great, its so funny to say. Hit a trick both sides in one string and yell HONEY!!! while your still shredding. haha gotta love it.

Zac... Excuse me for my lack of "shred notation" if you will.. Im very bad at labeling what I hit. But I hit Ducking Clipper and infinity on both sides in the same run. Im just not sure how to write it out correctly

I also had tricks in between those moves, I was just pointing out the highlights of that string. I suck at footbag talk...

Still a nube after a year

Yesterday I was laying on my bed and a spider randomly appeared on my leg. I was holding my cellphone in my hand with a footbag on top of it (I think I was stalling the bag over and over with my phone:DONT ASK WHY) and when the spider landed on my leg I jumped out of shock. My cell phone flew across the room and I couldnt find my footbag for like 10 minutes. After looking for a little, I layed down and went to open my blinds, and there my footbag was... This should be considered a 10 add.
