Austin/Houston TX jam in Brenham Sun 2/15 **NEW DATE**

Post by Iron Clad Ben »

Hi Everybody,
Real quick, because it's not finalized yet we are thinking about putting together a footbag jam in Brenham, TX on Sunday 2/15 It's about 2/3 of the way from Austin to Houston (closer to Houston) on 290. Jay7 from Ontario will be here visiting some family, and it seems like a great excuse for a jam. It's a good halfway point for a single day event.

Who's interested? Let me know. Thanks,
Ben

EDIT:

UPDATED DATE:
Previously I had said Saturday 2/21. Scratch that. Sunday 2/15 is the new date.

Definitely. Windsen is coming from Houston, so I'm sure you could arrange a carpool with him.

Here is the flyer Amber made for the event:

Jay, as you pointed out, Brenham is the ice cream capitol of Texas.

So we may have to hit some of that up post-shred.

I've heard from Curtis and Windsen.... anyone heard from Mike? Also, Greg just sent me an email saying he may try to make it up from Corpus.

I've only been shredding about once a week since statewides, I've regressed a lot! Now I'm trying to play once a day. Dexless is sketchy, osis is a mess, thankfully my toes are still solid. Much more schooling to do! I'll be bringing my camera, we definitely need to FILM!

Hell yea I wouldn't miss this. William Leu is coming as well, and probably several others from Houston.

Well, my plane departs at 6:00 am tomorrow morning, so I'm excited for the few hours of shred that awaits on Sunday!

Are we playing outdoors at "Fireman's Park"? Is this the place

I had fun! Thanks for putting the combined driving efforts to come out to Brenham. It was cool to play with everyone, who each had their own unique individual styles and trick selections.
