Except, with Freedom, it stays within the community, it won't be deleted, and you can peruse other users' uploaded videos all in one place. Why would you choose MegaUpload over that? Some disadvantages of MegaUpload are the letter-entering, the wait time, and browser-based uploading (I assume?).

find a nifty program that will update your downloads you have to run every once and awhile
not worry about it ever going down

If you don't want to use it, stay with megaupload. IF you want to use it then use it.
