We are not together again. But the future looks bright.

Itâ€™s laughable to think she should have came from a rib.

I had an awesome footbag session yesterday!
Not many highlights but I played for more than 2 hours which I never do.
Played around with Batman. I still like that trick.

New computer should be here next week.
Actually it should have been here a week ago.
This means:
- U-stream sessions
- Videos from Roskilde, worlds etc
- More digitalart probably

I'm gonna post an awesome photo/drawing/painting everytime I post in here from now on.

Just had a pretty bad flu but I am back in shred mode again.

Jay challenged me to do tiltless everything and that is so awesome!
Really what I needed.
I can't do illusion > ss illusion rpt yet but I have got the rest to butterfly > ss butterfly rpt this session and last session.
This gonna do me so good!

I also hit 4(!) new tricks this session (not really sure they are all new).
Spinning Rev Whirl bs and Weaving Rev Whirl bs.

Hit a couple of runs I was syked about.

Had to dig is up from the second page. Doesn't happen too often.

Some recent highlights:

- Smear > Pixie SS Mirage [rpt] Pixie Legover > Magellan [rpt]
- Pixie Rev Whirl > Rev PS Whirl > Spinning Osis > Run with Flip Spinning - Osis and Flip Rev PS Whirl.

- Blur > Symp Rev Whirl bs

I feel like I've leveled up I guess.

Life is really good at the moment.

Ida is amazing.

A new video should be coming really soon now since..

I got my brand spanking new Macbook Pro! YAY!

The first thing I did was do a ustream session.
This resulted in some pretty decent stuff:
- Phasing Twirl first try
- Quantum Eclipse first try
- Ducking Symp Rev Whirl
- Toe Drifter bs
- Alot of stupid tricks

Definitely doing this again. Probably this weekend.

Here is some great advice I recently got on arts.
Its really simple and I think its good advice for footbag aswell:
- Learn from everyone
- Follow no one
- Watch for patterns
- Work like hell

Broadcasted again today.
Ended too early because I overstretched something in my right buttock.

No super highlights but it was fun.

I just got these juggling bags from John Bagi.
They are made so you can also do footbag tricks with them.
They are pretty cool.
Im thinking about doing a review when I've played with them some more.

Life is good but busy.

I can finally see the end of school. Feels really fucking good.

Stuff is going super well with Ida. I am so in love.

I miss you all.

is so hilarious.

All these pics make your blog more enjoyable.

And I would like to see a review about your juggling bags, a size comparison to a normal 32 footbag would be also cool. On the picture you cant really see how big the bags are.

Hey Asmus,

I really hope you enjoy the bags/balls. I think they will take a little bit of time to break in and get stally for footbag. If they are filled too much don't hesitate to stick a straw in and empty them out a bit.

Hey Everybody!

I went to Copenhagen on wednesday to see rjd2, hang out and shred.

I stayed at Kim "The Duke" Mortensen place. I really liked his apartment.
This entire trip made me crave so much to move Copenhagen hopefully it wont be much more than a year.

I ate dinner with Kim, his girlfriend and Lise Thygesen.
It was really good to see both Kim and Lise my sister from another mother again.
Kim and his girlfriend has made an awesome kashmir stew.
Kim always makes all kinds of stews and they always amazing.
We got into some drinking and then went to the concert.
The warm up act was a danish dj trio called "Den Sorte Skole" which means "The Black School".
They are pretty dope. They played some new stuff which harder and sounded really cool. "Copenhagen Massive!!"

Then rjd2 came on and it was really epic. He is so skilled. Definitely the best DJ I have ever seen.

Next day we (me + kim + lise) played footbag in "NÃ¸rrebro Hallen".
NÃ¸rrebrohallen is a crazy place with noseblood on the stairs and alot of noise.
We all played really bad but I had alot of fun anyways.
I had to go home after the session but just before I got on the bus Lise gave me a new bag:

I am super stoked about it.

I just ordered 2 tickets for A-Trak live (valentines day gift for Ida) and that is gonna be awesome.

Hey everybody.

I haven't played alot of footbag lately but I broadcasted last night and it was pretty fun.
I've had a hardcore flu since tuesday (I think I have blown my nose around 350 times) and haven't been feeling well at all.
So I didn't really have any expactations to the session.

I wasn't able to do runs (at all!) but I did hit some stuff I was pleased with:
- Diving Clipper > Ripwalk > Rev Whirl bs
- DOD Swirl (first try)
- DATW > DOD > Twirl
- Ripstein
- Diving Rev Whirl bs

Alot of people watched and thanks for that.

Me and Ida is officially back together again and I am really really happy about that.
She is in Spain right now and I am missing her alooot.

I have ordered a new firewire cable so I should soon be able to get some videos out.
Sorry for the long wait.

My DOD is really good atm and I want to be able to do it on flip aswell.

Biased. I like it on it's own but I don't like it much compared to the other albums.

Basically, you toe stall->straight up (in front of you)->swooping illusion dex->fall into butterfly. (THINK VASEK)
