1 YEAR in BAD shoes
Hello! Long time I did not decide to show this video on modified.
A year of game is in a disgusting shoe.
Audio - locked, but it is only music. Watch all the vid. I think it is good. Harder things at the end of my video.....and surprise from Santa for me)

Say as far as successful progress for one year of game?
P.S. Beforehand I apologize for length of video.

1 year? are you kidding me? damn, i cant do some of these tricks now, after some more years.
i dont want to think about how it was after my first year.
so far so good, i say you are going in the right direction, maybe do a bit more "magic hopping" overall. thats all i can say now. maybe try to achieve longer strings, but who am i to say such a thing.
keep it up....

You have what I'm going to call Benjamin Benulis syndrome. No offense to Ben, but he had the similar habit of rolling back on his heel, not sinking on his support foot, and adopting a generally rigid stance.
Just remember, you should NEVER have just your heel in contact with the floor. So no matter how clean and controlled an executed trick may seem to be, if your rolling on your heel, it should be seriously reworked.
On your clippers you HAVE to hop its a must.
Take a look at 1:34 on your video. It illustrates both of these habits.
I mean you have a lot of great aspects to your game, I'd hate to see these little problems bite you in the ass later. Trust me, your knees will thank you.

I watched your video to the end. It's good that you have similar form on both sides for most moves. You have made good progress in one year. If you fix the major problems now, think of the great stuff you will be hitting in one more year!
I agree with what the other say about hopping into ALL your delays.
The best test for this is to listen for the sound of your support leg hitting the ground, and the sound of the footbag hitting your foot. You are doing it correctly when you hear both sounds as one, at the same time.
I hope you enjoy your lavers!

You hit some really good stuff in your video... I think maybe you were expecting a much larger, more positive response.
You have definitely come a long way in playing by yourself in bad equipment, and you deserve big props for that.
I think the players who are going to take the time to respond to your videos and tell you what they think are also going to be the type of players who like to see good form and good control, instead of big moves.
can't wait to see your first video in lavers with less bails and better form on stalls. I'm sure you're going to be very good.
