Oh my been a long time...
Well, I got bronchitis
Had 102+ fever all weekend, been in bed since Friday
It sucks

I'm finally starting to feel a little better today, but definitely not footbag better...I get tired just from walking up the stairs

So yea, no footbag for a couple more days :( This sucks

i didn't realize that you started a blog Josh. new tricks are always awkward, however, repetition is key. i shred some with the group here in nashville. i've been a net player for the past 5 years so picking up a freestyle bag again was difficult. i can still hit all of the 2 & 3 adds from years back, it's the length of my strings now that's depressing. i've been trying to increase my endurance by running a 5K once/week.

by the way thanks for joining the club. if you've got some spare time you should try to make a drive up here. visiting a another club is the best modivation to kick & get better. keep at it.

Hey Elliott, yea, I hope to make it up there sometime soon to shred with you all...I'd like to get a little better first and be able to actually string together more than 2 tiltless moves, so it's not just legover>atw>drop>pass :)

On a sad note............
:'(
I'm not better
FUCK YOU BRONCHITIS
Just went the doctor again this morning and I'm not better, I have asthmatic bronchitis, it sucks
He switched me to me 10 day steroid...and he said it makes your tendons weak so no running or anything rough for a couple weeks
no footbag for a couple weeks! after already a week with no footbag
i'm going to cry
Don't know what to do!!!!!!!! :(
I was just starting to get better control, consistency, stamina...and now it's all gonna go away

My advice to everyone out there
Don't get bronchitis :P

All righty!!!
After a loooong month off, I'm back :)
And my status after the break

Kicks are fine, flip toe sucks, but I'm getting much better with my strongside so hopefully the flip will follow soon!
Stalls are ok, same as they were a month ago
Clipper is not so good, but about how it was before

Pretty much everything is the same as I left it a month ago, lol ...I was expecting to suck so badly

Good to be back, I forgot how much fun this is

Also, I started a new training thing I figure I'll do once a week or now
The rest of the time I do whatever
It's...one song per trick or whatever
So kicks, stalls, clip, flipside clip, etc....
Then 3 minutes per song, which works out for me to be 54min and I am spent afterwards! :)
Maybe when my stamina is better I can do 5min songs
