I have been having solo session 3 days in a row.Mostly working basic stuff.

new infinity record - 115

My basics seem to feel better but my sets are gone =\ its just feels to tough to do them, not cool.

While drilling spins i've hit a sweet combo today - spin clip>spin btfly>spin clip>spin osis>infinity>mobius.Feelt so great!

Gyro drill - clipper>gyro mirage>clipper>gyro pick up>rpt

I think ill be ordering new quantums vers 3.1 and a new bag from Ilja.

Found some awesome russian locking tutorials.Learned some moves already.Fuck i feel so pumped about this one.Funky shit :D

Had a nice session with Fedja on friday.Feelt really great playing, all the concepts seemed to be in normal condition.

Just had a mini freeze session and ended up training some sit down style footbag.
Hit
illusion>lo>rpt well there arent full dexes. If you seen Pavel Motorov do it you know what i did.
and legoverx6 oh yeah and i've footed eggbeater :D

Finally my handstands are controlled enough to do in my room even at night.I still cant stand more than 5 secs in 1 position but i can walk alot.I need to gain good balance though. After that the next step is 1 hand spinning 8O

I was just getting down to Kraftwerk(old school elektro band the pioners) robotic style  and decided to do some sit down stuff after.Im liking it alot lately.

Illusion>legover>ss mirage>legover>rpt (sit down style)

That drill toke quite a few tryes.Feelt satisfied when i finally nailed it.

Earlier today i've hit illusion>lo>rpt 8 contacts,legoverx8,ss mirage as a new trick and illusioning illusion bs! The last one looks pretty sick.

Today i held a handstand in 1 position for about 8 secs.Improving :)

Gonna shred tommorow.

Uhh :D Finally had a nice session when tricks clicked.Hit some drills that just didnt want to come for the past 2 or 3 weeks which i've hit before and overall everything just feelt better.Definatly enjoyed the session more.

Hit a new drill - ss symp mirage>symp mirage>rpt :P never trained them untill the beggining of this week.Just never liked them, but my point of view changed.

I got 3 rounds of windmill the other day.The very first time i got them with speed and the feeling that im doing it right.Ahh that was so good.Happy moment.Though the next tryes lead to hitting the floor with my head :D but i had so ill be doing it

The sessions today and yesterday were also good ones.Feeling good.Though today i got really tired after playing for 2 hours with fedja then 1 hour break and breaking for 2 hours.

I've beaten my gyro clipper record which is 7 now :P

My windmills are on the rise so is my sit down style, i recorded one combo and i really liked how it looks.

Had some knee pain a few days ago so i didnt play.Back on track now though.

spinning clipperx10 strongside, x9 flipside.
gyro clipperx7, gyro clipper is a stupid trick
clipper>gyro mirage>clipper>gyro pick up>rpt
almost nailed nagellan>fear>nagellan>flo>rpt! Missed the delay on the very last legover.darn! Fairy leveled up today.
magellan>smear>magellan>plo>rpt should have been easier to hit.Was quite an effort.
osis>gyro clip>osis>spinning clip>rpt zooming coming along too.
toe dyno>far dyno>mirage>rpt

Also set a record 30+ for atw both sides both directions.Sometimes work on them at night, the goal is to get 50 bs both directions.

I trained for about 4 hours today.2 hours footbag and then 2 hours breaking and ofcourse stretching afterwards.

I've been thinking whats harder breaking or footbag and i just dont know.

And kept on hitting nagellan>fear>nagellan>flo>drop>try the otherside and repeat:D strange but i cant dial the sides.

The session followed by some sweet ass breaking action.Today feelt great i was busting loose with my footwork and toprocks.Awesome.There will be a battle in Aprill i might just try myself :)

I had fun hitting pixe muted ss calf>calf plo bs and pixie muted ss calf>calf pixie>rpt yesterday in socks at home.If anyone wants i can up the videos i filmed the stuff.

Had a solo session today.I didnt went too good.It was really mediocore.Oh well up and downs  my mood raised while dancing afterwards. Also i got handstand push up x2 for the first time :P should be solid by summer(i hope!).

Shredding with Fedja tommorow.Hope to hit the fairy drill, i missed the fucking last trick again today.

I missed the fucking last contact again  its a curse.I tryed to hit some of the old challenges from the challenge thread, i came close to some but i mainly failed.More drilling to be done.

I hit a cool shuffle run though fairy beater>schmoe>flo>rpt>flo>fear>flo>fairy ss mirage starting to mix fairy/step.

I like 10+ windmill circles today. If its all good tommorow too ill film it and show ya.

I didnt make it yesterday cause i slept till 3 pm and i have no idea why. Also my knee hurt through the day :( i geuss i shouldnt make 5 hours session.Or just put less stress on the legs.

The knee didnt feel strong today too.But i did kick, fooled around with clipper>calf kick>clipper, ducking/diving toe delays and that kind of stuff.I played for like 30 mins though.I did some windmills too, filmed them.I improved alot but i think ill post them in a week or 2 when they are smoother.

I found a cool complex of asanas which i started doing at home, besides that i stretch everyday.Im striving to become more flexible :)

Ramil should come back from the sea soon.It will be great to have him back.

I got some new challenges im going to work on monday.Hope my knees will feel good, otherwise ill stick to basic drills.

I have to get up at 5 am, its almost midnight already and im not even close to being sleepy.

Riga was pretty cool.Though it was a long ride.

Shred has been good lately.Im feeling progress with spinning which is good and overall the concepts feel better.

Hit smoke>infinty>pdx mirage>rpt, a new drill with a new trick.
Close to same drill with fume! I did fume>infinity>pdx mirage>fume>op clipper.

The new challenges i was given are cool too.I've hit some already.I really like this drill fear>atomsmasher>smear>rpt.I should strive for 12 contacts.

Gyro clippers are so strange, my record is x8 but i have no idea when they will become consistant.Gyro butterflys are just stupid

Did i mention that i quit smoking like 2 months now? 8)

Im also thinking to become vegan in the near future, maybe this year.

Im enjoying schooling dexless alot.Started working on drills like duck osis>duck clipper>rpt, diving osis>div clip>rpt and spin osis>div clip>rpt.I used to do them but didnt drill freqently.

dynox10 on tuesday solo session.

Feelt great hitting pdx whirl>pdx drifter>symple swirl>pdx dlo>run the other day.I rarely shuffle these days, specially using stepping set, my body just tells me to avoid them i dont feel like doing them. But somedays they feel good.

Gonna play with Fedja tommorow.

Had a nice session.Ramil also came to shred with us :)

Had some nice combos. One new drill - step ss illusion>tripwalk>rpt.Dexless feelt better than ussually.Progressing :)

ripstein>swirling set bs , Lauri definatly inspired to work on swirls with his new vid.Altough it was hit with my big bag, ripsteins are a bit easier with them.

We played for about 2 hours and then i danced for like an hour and half.Got some props from some parents with their little kid for my popping(robot dance).Im not very good though but im also feeling some progress. Also trained my freezes with the footbag, very sure that all of them are my inventions, in the past i thought i will master them faster, but it takes time.
