So I've given this some serious thought and done a lot of reading. I've realized outside forces do not really make you happy. It's a choice, it comes from within. You choose your reaction or response, even if you don't realize it.

Anyway, a great blog I've been reading is called "The Happiness Project". If you ever think about what makes people happy, or just want tips on how to be happier in general, you will enjoy this site.

They recently did a 10-part series on the top "myths" of happiness. A great recap is here:
