Right model of G6?

Hi, although I am 22 now (23th is coming close; too old, I know ) I am new to footbag. I saw some fellow students hacking in between classes a month or two ago and I instantly got hooked Then I searched a little bit on the internet, and voila.

Since I want to avoid buying online if I can (because of our custom officers...enough said), and I see that Lavers and G6s are widely used, I am interested if these are the right Gs (I was able to find only this model in stores)

If not, can you recommend me some other commercial shoes that are not discontinued?

well, they're not exactly what I've seen before, but the toe looks good. not sure about the inside with that extra piece that isn't on the Gs I've seen before... They look like they're very close to the ones I've seen, but for 90 Euro? that is a LOT!!! Especially when you consider that there's no guarantee they they are similar enough to the Gs we're used to.

I recommend you find a local source to get some standard lavers... maybe get someone from a nearby country to take your money and order some for you and send them as a "gift".

The important things you should notice about shoes used in footbag are:

-the way they are designed (the Rod Laver model is the standard, but obviously not the exception).
-they are lightweight.
-the inner portion of the sole is flat and curves along your foot, with a moderately flat surface.
-the ankle/heel support structure and sole are sturdy.
-the sole has a decent amount of traction/grip.

So, if you don't mind putting a knife on a pair of shoes, you are good to go for footbag.

- I would not buy it from that site ofc, I just showed what model I am talking about. In stores, (here in Belgrade, Serbia ) they cost a little less than 60 euros, and they have my size. I also found G6 low, but they have them only in 8 & 8.5 ( I wear 11.5)

- Simply put, there is no local source for Lavers. And believe me, I thought about this "gift" possibility, investigated it...fat chance. Any goods estimated at 20 euros and more fall under full custom fee and vat (10%+18%), and there is no chance they gonna estimate new shoes under 20 euros so I would have to pay full price, same as when I would order it online.
A pair of Lavers would cost me (shipping, custom and vat fee included) a little more than 80 euros, so go figure
