We'll I am now an eric chan.

I got two leg braces on and still shredding.

My doctor told me my knee caps are not straight so I got to got to physical therapy for 4-6 weeks and wear these cool leg braces.

That sucks, so did the doctor exactly say why they werent straight? is because of footbag?

He told the doc he got hurt running. The doc doesnt even know what shred is, he said yes its ok to play hackeysack

i totally will, its just I cant shred right now because I got a fatty bruise on my leg from playing some football.

I just got some dogfish head and some sierra nevada stout beer.

I never tried either, but I know they will taste extra good.

Spring has sprung and I need to get back into action.

Im not drilling anymore because my knees get fucked up when I do, so Ill post in this blog after every shred.
