I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but:
1. Is the venue outdoors?
2. What freestyle events are being offered?
3. Will the prize money be distributed evenly between net and freestyle?
4. Is this an IFPA sanctioned event?
5. How long does it take to get from the airport to the event site?
6. What is the crash space situation like?

1) Don't know, will check, but I don't think so.
2) That will probably be up to me and Mike. Circle was great in Austin last fall. We'll do that and sick 1 / big 3. Trying to get routines together has never worked. We will probably do Iron Man as well, but that is only 1/3 freestyle.
3) Not sure. But I assume there will be separate money pools. If you compete in both, your contribution would be divided.
4) I will apply for sanctioning
5) 31 minutes.
6) Good question. Although if I told Mike Stokely that Ken Somolinos needed a place to crash, I think he could figure something out.
Also, the word is we got sponsorship from Flying Clipper.

Since 5/10 is Mother's day we are now moving this to the following weekend 5/16-17. Hope that doesn't screw up anybody's travel plans.

Cool! Glad you can make it
Any chance you can drag Rob along with ya?
BTW, for Jay, Windsen et al, I've FINALLY got the video from the Brenham jam coming along. I got a new computer a little while ago, but there were issues with the firewire connection that I couldn't fix until yesterday. So I captured the footage last night, and I'm about 90% of the way through the editing, so... expect a video by the end of the week!

Rob just cancelled due to a high school reunion. I still am going to try and make it , even if i have to drive by myself. We were going to split the cost and now Im not sure if i will be able to swing it. Does any one have crash space available for me for just one night , either friday or saturday. That would significantly cut down on cost.
