building up the facility to shred...

Post by soundchecktx »

hey, i am new and am learning most of the basics. i have down toe stalls and inside stalls and am working on ATW and Legovers. i can make it around the back fine but i just can't seem to finish off the tricks. can anyone tell me how i can build up the facility/quickness to finish off these simple tricks???

thanks, peace.

Just keep practicing on them, practice, practice and more practice and eventually you'll get in. also check out the trick tips section for loads of handy tips on form and things. Practice is the key though, eventually you'll start to get there, that's what I'm finding!

find a video of a player with good form and imitate his.

I recommend you search youtube for "anz trikz". If you can copy his form, you'll be on the right track.

alright. thanks Matt. i have actually watched some of his videos and they are extremely helpful. another person whose style i think is amazing is David Clavens. i think this because when he shreds, and with Anssi (i think that the dude's name from "Anz Triks"), they make everything look so effortless. but ya, i could be wrong. haha.

Thrust down at the end. Works for lots of moves.
