The title of this video is: "Yoga for Hackey Sack Part 1"
And the woman claims to provide a good warmup for footbagging.

Aside from the author misspelling the word Hacky as Hackey, there really is nothing wrong with the three part series. In fact, yoga truely is a great way to cross train for footbag. It provides poses and movements that improve strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Most of the poses she uses in these videos will help provide conditioning for the muscles and joints used in footbag. The good thing about yoga is that there are so many poses that would benefit a footbag player that one could tailor there own routing to maximize results while accommodating any time constraints one might have.
As far as the age of the students is concerned, I can only pray that when I am that age I am still able to keep a bag in the air.
Peace.
