Matt,

Thanks for the update. I am very excited that you are back in Rochester. It was great having you over and playing music with you. I can't wait until I can shred with you again.

Congratulations again on the gig in Canada. I have no doubt you and the juggler will be amazing. Capture some video if you can please.

I will get the rest of your tutorials on the RF site today.

Good luck finding an nice affordable place to live.

Peace.

Aric!

It will be great to play with you again. Do you have any interest in going to Buffalo to play at Thursday at the Square? There's lots of hackers and a big crowd.

If the weather is bad, we can play indoors in town.

I'm totally interested in playing.

I played today. Worked on spinning, drilled paradons both sides (made some progress in this department), tried playing with toe walls... couldn't do it, I cut them off after the session.

I also drilled ss clipper > ss rake repeat, and then ss butter > rev whirling rake repeat. Did a few gyro toes as well.

The paradon drilling consisted of most of the work I did. Decent prep session for my gig next weekend.

Hey RFA!

Aric, how long are you in town for? I would really like to play with you at least once this summer.

Matt, I am in Boston until July, although Ian is back in Rochester. I don't think he's been playing much but hopefully a few sessions with the RFA can turn him around.

Looking forward to kicking with you all again!

Peace

Footbagger007,

I do not know of any routine sessions going on - I have been out of the circle, pun intended, on footbagger disability. I have not spoken with Paul or Chris in a long time, too long in fact. Perhaps they might be available. Matt Cross is now in Rochester so if you can get some shred time with him that would be a good thing.

Peace.

Awesome. Maybe we could get in more than one session this week. I don't have a job right now so I can play whenever. Are you still living out in Geneseo Chris?

thanks mike. I've been having short sessions on my lawn every 2 or 3 days but i feel like im only 60 or 70%. i need more real sessions with you guys. Are you able to do kicking and light shred?

And yeah doug i'm still living in geneseo. it's not too much of a hike to go up there, but maybe a couple of you guys could give me a break and play down here sometimes.

it's going to be raining basically the entire week, so we'd need a place with cover. The acropolis at cobbs hill might stay mostly dry.

Chris,

I am able to shred a little, but nothing worth while. I put on some weight over the past few months and recently started a running program to lose it. I have a goal weight in mind and once I reach it I will return to playing footbag on a regular basis. I ran 5 miles yesterday which was a major accomplishment for me since my injury. Now I am confident I can acheive the goals I have set for myself.

Peace.

That's awesome Mike! Sounds like you're dealing with your injury the right way. How long do you think it will take you to reach your goals?

Chris and Matt, do you guys want to have a session tomorrow? It looks like rain up until Friday which I wouldn't mind having a session then or on the weekend either. Whenever's good for everyone.
