Scribblenauts!!!! (DS Game)

Post by bdams19 »

IT LOOKS AMAZING!

Here is the basic concept of the game. You control Maxwell, the main character who walks around and is able to interact with objects that are in the game. The object of each level is to find and reach the Starite, which is a star similar to those in the Mario games. In puzzle mode, the starite is visible and located somewhere in the level, say in a tree. You must then ADD objects to the virtual 2D world that will interact with the environment or that Maxwell can use to get the starite. You could type in ladder, and up will come a ladder for Maxwell to climb into the tree and get the starite. You could type jetpack and fly up to the starite, use a beaver to knock the tree down, chainsaw to cut the tree down, match to burn the tree, flying saucer, tsunami, ETC. ETC. ETC. The possibilities of this game are infinite.

I was summoning things like ladders, glasses of water, rayguns, what have you. But I reached a level with zombie robots, and the zombie robots kept killing me. Rayguns didn’t work, a torch didn’t work, a pickaxe didn’t work. In my frustration, I wrote in “Time Machineâ€

Wasn't it the company that wrote "Drawn to life", which was terrible?

It is true; the past games from this company were nothing good. However, this is AWESOME!

I'm never gonna say "AWESOME" about a game I've never played before... Was burned by Spore :)

But I am totally gonna buy it once it comes out.
