Kier as in "Kiev" - ptsa.

The "r" is hard though, as in rolled(?) r's

EDIT: BTW "kierpca" is a leather shoe, traditionally worn by the Polish highlanders. Unfortunately I have no idea why it's Kamil's nickname

Without spending few years in shaolin temple with a monk called Shin Splee Tsu you won't be able to say proeperly 'r' included in Kierpca.
