I'll play intermediate circle and could also use a large t shirt.
I will have some bags made, and can donate one as a prize.

Going to have request comp?

An event listing for this tournament has been added on footbag dot org. More updates will be added in the next week or so.

I'll apologize to everyone on behalf of NYFA for the late notice and submission of the NYFA AFS 2009 tournament event. Many of our members of the club have encountered bigger priorities in our lives that takes precedence over its overall planning back in February. Our sentiments for this year, we've all agreed prior to this month, is to have a fun, laid-back tournament amongst friends and visitors around the East Coast region and over.

For our attendees (both confimed and interested), I hope you can all make it to NYC in the last weekend of June. Washington Square Park has been reconstructed beautifully and is prime real estate for footbag.

"Footbag can be pretty frustrating when it's supposed to be fun. I was partly driven by this forum - practice, practice, practice... As that is true, I think someone can be too focused on progressing and training that they miss the fun aspect of it." - Bander87

I'd love an update on any of the following:

1. Schedule of events?
2. Entry fees?
3. Party?

I'll no longer need crash space. My friend's graduation party is the night of the 27th, so I'll be heading home after the events and such. I will be back for sunday shred though.

I'd like to donate a pair of Quantums on behalf of Darryl Genz and freedom footbags. Long story short, I was bummed after my quantums toe box ripped open after just one session and posted about it in a random thread on modified. A week later or so, Darryl called me up and assured me that I would receive a replacement pair in the mail, free of charge. I can't play with my knee injury and they would be better served as someone elses. I just hope whoever gets them is a size 10

Hopefully big enough to lure you to come. Hell, as a small added incentive, I'll buy you dinner one night if you do.

hey all that info is on the front page, for the cash prizes it depends on how many competitors there are, but the past few years we've had a few hundred in prize money.
