Heavy footbag fill in Berlin - lead preferred

I want to bring a lot of footbags, but not add the lead fill until I get there. I would also want to buy some plastic bits for light fill.

Are lead and plastic bits easy to get in Berlin?

I looked for gun shops in Berlin, and they did have a good list of them. When I was in ~Frankfurt, you did not need a license to buy shot, in a big bag. So, I assume the same idea would apply in Berlin.

As for plastic bits, Wal-marts and the like aren't as common there...So, my guess would be to find a crafts-store, which might prove to be more difficult.

there is a huge fishing store right on the same street as hostels x-berger and die fabrik. i assume they have fishing lead there.
