Erik Chan in Toronto July 8-22

Hey guys, in case word of mouth fails, I'm gonna be in Toronto on July 8-22. I'm staying with CamCam, and have lots of non hacky leisure to which I must attend. But I expect also an exorbitant plethora of shred. Tally ho!

I was just talking to Alex Venis this past weekend about wanting to make it to Canada this summer during a mass get together of the cities around TO. The only problem was how to get everyone to amalgamate.... Something tells me that something like Erik Chan travelling to TO will make that happen, so thanks for already travelling to TO and doing all the work of getting people to come together Erik.

I'll be keeping an eye on this thread for dates that people are free to shred.

I'm interested in days too, since I have so many people I wanna visit, and one with whom I'm gonna spend most of my time. So it would be neat to be able to know when is good for everybody.

the weekend of 18th - 19th would be awesome for me, i would have the funds to make the trip easy. but i could probably make the weekend of 11th - 12th work as well if that suits other folks better.

I'm 95% sure I will have July 11th off, and I never get weekend-days off so that is best for me.

Wednesday the 15th is also good for me I think. (or maybe some evening if you are in ajax Erik, I'm done work by 3 usually)

11th sounds okay as far as I know.
Ideally avoid the 12th, 'cause I'm supposed to go to a film festival in Mississauga, potentially.

July 11th Broken Social Scene and Rattlesnake Choir are playing a free show at Harbour Front. I am a fan of both bands and of footbag. So, for that reason, I suggest we all play at Harbour Front on the 11th. There will be tons of people, great music and harbour front is an awesome place to play.

Please don't make me choose between Erik Chan and Broken Social Scene...
