Doug,

If I can stick with it I should be down to a good weight in about two months. Running seems to be the fastest way for me to lose weight.

All those days sound good to me. Just post in here when you'll be in town or give me a call. Idk where Matt is but hopefully he has some free time during those days.

Oh, and btw I have a new boombox with a builtin mp3 player. However, my ipod's kinda messed up so if anyone else wants to bring their ipod or whatever I enourage it.

welp, im dropping someone off at the bus station at 1 thursday, then hanging around the area wanting to play some footbag... expect a call in the afternoon. It will be from an unknown stranger wanted to see some crazy links and threatening the most dire consequences toward those who don't abide.

Hey, I'll be up that way on Sunday to pick someone up at the train station at 5:30. Who wants to meet before then? I'm thinking of being at Cobbs Hill around 2 or 3. I'll give Doug and Matt a call when I'm on my way but I'll be playing there regardless.

DAMN did I get all sore in the muscles on Thursday! I could NOT play on friday even though I mentioned it to you guys. I'm just getting over that session. It gave me so much motivation to play again and be all athletic and such. So you'd better be there!

best

Yo,

two things.

1, taylor is back in town for the summer! shred!

2, there is the weekly session in buffalo today and the weather is looking KILLER! it starts mid-afternoon. I would prefer not to drive, with my inspection being long since expired (anyone know a good mechanic for a toyota in the area?) - anyone interested in driving / going? If not, we'll do cobbs hill.

Hey, sorry I missed your call Matt, I just woke up.

EDIT: Just realized I already have plans around 3 so I probably can't play today.

Is anyone interested in going up to TO next Sunday while Erik Chan is in town?

Matt, I will be driving and would be more than willing to give you a ride. Although it looks like the session's going to be on Friday now, so is that still good for you to go?

If anyone else from the area wants to go and needs a ride feel free to call me and we'll work something out. My number is 585-354-6683.

Peace

I miss you too Paul.

It's nice to see you guys active again.

I started kicking again. Nothing serious yet, just working on long tiltless strings, getting some crank back in my clips, and occasionally hitting a 3 add here and there. I did manage to do pixie legover > ducking mirage > repeat a few times.

I'm loving fatherhood. Get a look at my son Noah.

ahahah nice video mike! I hope we'll be seeing each other soon.

Later this week, my job is having me teach two classes to visiting students in the morning so I'll be free in the afternoon. Howsabout a session on thursday evening, anyone? I'll be up at party in the park then (partyintheparkroc.com) so we could kick it at the free concerts.
