So, Vasek's part of Sick 03 is on youtube. For whatever reason, I feel like it shouldn't legally be allowed to be there, because the producers of Sick 03 put so much effort and whatnot, specifically so that their DVD could be sold...Not on the internet for free.

However, in the "flag" button on youtube, there is no way you can say "Infringes someone else's copyrights".

What does someone do in this situation? Cry?

At it's filmed off a tv screen, resulting terrible quality. The person who put that online should be hanged for two reasons then.
