Roskilde Write-Up:

Just as last year I got entrance to Roskilde Festival by doing shows all through the week with 9 other footbaggers.

Roskilde Festival is one of Europes four biggest festivals and is much more than an music festival with skateboarding, art shows and alot of other events.
Some of the biggest names this year was Oasis, Kanye West, Faith No More and Coldplay.

Just like last year it was an absolute blast!

Footbag wise I guess I played pretty well considering everything.
We played one hour shows at our own stage in front of the urban stage "Cosmopol".
New stuff include:
DATW Inside > Muted Swirl
Spinning Eclipse
And in the very last second of our very last session I hit a trick that ever since I saw Renato Zulli hit I have loved and wanted so bad.
The trick is Phasing Revup. Such a rad trick. A rare set combined with a rare downtime track. It mirrors itself and it's a four dex. I was so thrilled.

Just wanna give a shout out to everybody who made the week an amazing adventure.

On the first day of worlds it was my birthday, and I got a sketchbook as a gift from Jacob Dahlstrup Aka Ked Aka Ske Aka Spoon.
I wanted to fill this sketchbook by drawings by all kinds of footbaggers but didn't really get drawings from anybody from outside of Denmark. I plan to bring it at future events aswell though!

Had a good but weird session today.
Put on some shitty shorts so I just did stupid tricks and links.
Filmed some of the stuff and I am gonna do a small video mainly of weird tricks soon I think.

Had a small late night session (played from 12:30 to 01:00).
Only real highlight was Symple Swirl [bsos] but it was alot of fun.

Still haven't found a place to live in Copenhagen.
Have to move in a week with or without a place to stay.

It will sound good in the artist biography about me in the future though.
That I lived in street for some time when I was coming up.

Well actually I'm not sure how useful it is me looking at it for you... if you let me know your shortlist I can have a look and tell you if anything looks suss from my brief experience with them...

After a brief search of "numark omni control problem" some people are definitely having trouble getting it working. This seems to be a recurring problem with MIDI controller's, and the same problem that I had with my Behringer, so I'd make sure it either works first, or you are able to renege on your purchase should it not perform, as that's quite possible. These units can be great if you get them to work....... IF you get them to work

Also I have heard some dissatisfaction in the past with the quality of Numark products. Not sure as to the validity of this, my mate that got me into DJing has had Numark Axis 9 CD players for almost 4 years and they're still performing fine, so who knows.

The unit looks sexy though, well made, by the looks of it. Stupid place for all the cords though. Why in the hell are they on the front???
