i finally found a really old digital camera in my house it has video so i will make a video soon when all this worlds & uso friendze subsides so i can get some criticism

i drilled some of the things on the above list but what i really worked on was
~3 variations of pendulous osis (1 variation bs)
~sole osis, sole stall op butterfly, sole stall rake bs, sole stall to a regular osis (all from pendulous sets)
~pendulous ducking osis
~i am really working on stepping its an awesome concept

i am so close to two big moves

1.pendulous duck inspinnig osis

2.(pendulous/gyro) muted cross body sole stall
gyro is so much harder :/ has anybody hit this either way (i probably can do it by setting it ten feet in the air but thats not cool)

oh and i almodt hit
pendulous op xbody rake
fuck i need to hit these 3

pendulous> op rake (only hit it setting from flip which is good and bad i guess

penduolous> sole stall> legover (slight spin after the set from sole stall)

rakes bs are getting better

set from osis stepping spinnin "muted" rake
half spin as your doing the step over but then a half spin to do the xbody rake

question for whoever reads this

if i do a "pendulous half spin duck half spin rake" do i still get the extra add even though it was broken up how many adds would that be

"pendulous half spin duck half spin rake" sounds like it'd be a 6 add. 2 for each half spin, one for the duck, and 3 for the rake (assuming its xbd, if not then it's only 2). It's a little hard to visualize, any chance you could get it on video?

i havent hit it xbody yet

today i footed ripwalk like ten times (all but one)
besides that i have been drilling a ton i USUALLY NEVER DRILL so its been helping mainly drilling weak osis weak clip weak atw

symposium is when the setting leg does not touch the ground but the dexing leg does

pendulous ducking spinning osis

i can only do 1 every five minutes or so or else i get dizzy

but i am so fucking close/excited

oh and its all done on one leg and i dont plant the setting leg at all does the change it somehow
