I have a full time job plus work a part time job and have three kids. To be honest, it is sometimes really difficult to find time to footbag. There are days when I plan on playing but things happen and I can't. With kids and work, I have come to the realization that things are going to happen and I won't be able to play every time I plan. So I really try to take advantage of times when I can play.

I agree with some of the other posts. If footbag is a priority, you will find time to play. It really comes down to how you want to spend your time and then setting aside time in your day to devote to it.

I'm a teacher and that does afford me a lot of free time especially during the summer. My wife also likes to footbag so that helps.

Bottom line-No matter how busy you are, if you are passionate you will find the time.

I'm still in high school. Starting my Senior year tomorrow. I work about 12-16 hours a week pushing carts at a grocery store and also have Tennis and Drumline. I'm pretty much busy all day everyday so really I can only kick at night. I just drive around look for a nice lighted place and hope the cops don't kick me out.

a big part is your realistic goal/ And please dont say you wanna be the best unless you are already practicing shred 30 and routines.
Most shredders are still just hackeysackers but better. They have no goal other than get better or hit a few moves over and over- bsos of course lol.- these are the ones who end up living with their parents far too long and never get good jobs.- Ill admit it, Im guilty
If you want to actually compete then it takes alot more work. First build up slow so you dont bust your body in yhe first 3 years. Plan everything out and do it over and over, every day till you can do a shred 30 or routine. But in the end there really isnt much reward so it takes a strong will.
