Favorite bag and why?

Post by Swizzle »

I'm not sure if this thread has been made yet, but i'll make in anyways.

So everyone uses different bags, and a lot of people like different things about bags they use, so in this thread, write about your favorite bag (probably the one your using) and why you love it so much. I have always been curious to why people like their bags, so this could be cool

Im inexperienced, watch,
Ok, so my favorite bag so far is the Mr. sandbag. (lame.. xD) because i believe the size is about perfect, smaller than most "Dirtbags" or "Sandmasters". Also it pancakes perfectly to my taste and i can still feel it on my foot even though its sand. Also mine is actually easily visible, its brown and black. i dunno if there all brown and black.. i wouldn't think so.

How about you?

An amaretta clavens that I bought at Worlds 07. I'm going to patch it up soon and use it exclusively for competitions.

It's definitely the best bag I have ever used.

Richie Abshire's Fearless 55. Hybrid mini

I like the bag because it has enough give, is heavy enough, and sticky enough to stall great, but also sets PERFECTLY. It is the perfect balance of roundness, consistently great stitching, size, weight, and play ability. I also prefer Abshire because he can make a bag any damn way you want it!

My collections is 1 J Raye, 1 of Dave's, and 25 of Abshires 8)

I dont own any, but want to get a bag from Matt Cross, Bear, Holly, and Johnny S.

i made this one shortly after worlds 07. its been my only personal shred bag since, and its lasted for what seems like forever.

i use this bag bc

its made by me, so its exactly how i want it.
gushy, white pents for visibilty, and perfect weight/filler ratio.
size is awesome (smaller than most folks enjoy)

plus i used this bag in my hay day of footbag, hitting most of my biggest tricks with it.

I did use the search feature for a while to look for a thread like this, but i didnt find it. I Decided to say that so that i would count in the possibility of me not using the search engine correctly and there being a thread already just like this..

Well I only have 3 bags right now. A Jester bag which is only good for circle kicking, and 2 Dragonfly bags a 6 panel metal which is extreme for stalls and a 14 panel sand which is still really good. I like the 14 panel sand is has nice pop to it while the metal just falls

I have two choice Pengpeng bags, a choice Funk bag, a choice Clavens bag, a choice Oshbag, one choice bag that I've made, and a brand spanking new Lonn bag.

I can't decide which is my favorite.

hhhhhmmmm depressing.. I am ordering an alfbag though..woo hoo.. can't wait to get it, although i gotta wait over a month because he is busy.. lol..this post was off topic, but yes wasabi, im jealous..

My awesome MC bag. He made me two fantastic bag and his two stitch was top notch, i used it from when i started footbag till now (four almost five months) and that is a note on the durability because when i started a majority of my game was kicks, and of course not knowing the correct way to footbag results in abusing a bag, if anyone wants a super choice, well made, good looking footbag, buy one from matt
