I have been enjoying life in Copenhagen alot.
School is decently interesting so far and it only looks like it will be more interesting.
This week I am living in a hippie collective in Roskilde with my friend Mathias.
Mathias is a friend of mine from Svendborg. He is studying to be a pilot.
We have been playing lots of FIFA09, the Be A Pro feature is really fun.

Yesterday I did a demo with the Copenhagen Footbag Club.
We where part of this festival supposed to get trouble youth into sports.
There was some concerts, alternative sports and a movie showing.
Me and Rasmus Rendsvig first met some hours before and played on the roof of this shopping mall where the show was.
Rasmus played really well. Lots of variety. Good stepping and pixie stuff. Eggbeaters.
Really impressed. He has gotten back fast after a break for some years.
My best stuff where DOD Swirl and Quantum Dyno first try. Aswell as a run with Ripwalk bsos out of infinities (I usually do it from normal clipper tricks).
After that we did our 5 minute show and workshopped a bit.
Then we went out to some park and hung out and played hacky for an hour or two.
Really nice footbag day.

I hope to have some photos to share again soon.

Played footbag today with Nis Petersen and Mads Neuhard.
I knew I was a bit late so I ran there to get warmed up, was a good feeling even though I am way out of shape (too much drinking/smoking).
I didn't get to play long, felt really warmed up when the session ended and did'nt play very well.
Nis looked sharp with a couple of long runs. Completely owned me one time when I dropped on a swirl and he hit a long string with swirl and symple swirl bsos.
Mads' game always surprises me. Double dexes, symp whirls and fives all over the place.
Conversations are always fun with the copenhagen footbag crew. Alot of shit talking about people. Alot of weird thoughts - like comparing footbag to going on a hunt. There are tricks that are safe shots, there are tricks that are risky shots and there are accidental shots.

Not enough footbag going on. Not enough drawing.
School is cool. Drinking and smoking and having a good time.
Already loving Copenhagen. Missing all you footbag guys.

Hey everybody

Gonna sign the lease today of my new apartment.
15th of November I will have my own apartment in the lovely city of Copenhagen.
You are all welcome to come visit!

Hope to play more footbag when I move in.
Gonna live in walking distance to all the indoor and outdoor spots used pretty much.

I bet rent is expensive in Copenhagen?

I'm getting an apartment in Tel Aviv soon, too. Gonna make sure I have space for traveling footbaggers.

I don't really know how rent is anywhere else in the world.
We pay 1000 dollars a month all inclusive.
For 59 m3, 2 room apartment with showers in the basement and a new kitchen.
That is pretty cheap for Copenhagen standards.
And I for sure also have space for travelling footbaggers. Open invitation!

Been watching alot of Californication lately. Really like it.
It makes the hopeless romantic in me cry.
The jackass in me wanna fuck strippers.
The artist in me do work.
And the postmodernist in me can really relate.

Footed Ducking Gyro Symple Swirl. Wonder if anybody have hit that?

Probably gonna go play with the guys tonight if I get done with my school work.
Looking forward to that.

A girl from my school and her roommate are making soup for everybody interested every monday.
Been there the two pasts sundays and it has just been good times all over.
Good soup, great people, lots of laugh and going home really late.

Weekend plans:
- Friday: Bar at my school. Gonna get really drunk and hang out with all the awesome people. Probably dance naked on the bar and get whoopass in foosball.
- Saturday: Hitchhike home to Svendborg to go to my littlesisters birthday.
Should be good times.

Life is good.

Can't find me keys. Annoying.
I guess this means a bit of tidy-up-action later.

This youtube channel is killer:

Played today at the Nørrebro Gym (which is located a 100 meters from my new apartment!) with Kim, Mads Hole and Nis.
I played decent for not having played alot, also felt like I was still in decent shape, highlights:
Midrun Spinning Clipper > Swifter
Motion > Refraction > Run
Runs where short but that was expected.

A big theme in danish footbag right now is to have storytelling in your runs.
Jokingly me and Kim came to the conclusion that Nis told the story about Moby Dick.
Nis playing the protagonist, the old grumpy sailor.
Mads Hole told a fairy tale about the christmas tree that wanted to get into a nice warm house with a nice family and get decorated.
But instead it just got chopped down and died.

Trick of the week was reverse whirling rake.
I think we all hit atleast once.
I got pretty close to Phasing Reverse Whirling Rake
(should be able to hit it with a better bag)

We also talked about smoking the peal from an advocado.
Don't really think that would work to well.
