I've just ended a crazy indoor session, because as I wanted to get out, the rain began to fall. So I went up to my room to train.

The shred went pretty good, I had some long & good runs, and hit some new stuff:

flipside pixie whirl (almost bsos-->next time I will get it)
flipside pixie same whirl
flipside blurry whirl (many times, ALMOST bsos--> next time I will get it :D )

I drilled a lot in the last several days, now I just shredded and developed my clipper-game. My currently goals are flipside doubledowns, good and relaxed pdx whirls bs, and after that, toe sets (atomic and quantum), bs. Sadly I use only pixie and stepping sets; using other toe sets would make my variety better.

Ok, in the last 4-5 weeks so many things happened, that it is too much to write all of them. That's why I haven't posted here so far.

At first: The 4. Hungarian Footbatg Camp was really good, of course I didn't have enough money for it, just like at the Worlds '08. I ate cheap and crap food and drunk only like two beers per day, but had some funny days and nights because of the good people, good shred and good pot :P :D . The camp included some good shreds, Grek (András Horváth) always amazes me, on the last evening he had some crazy runs and combos, like he started one of his strings with maelstorm> spender> locomotion, and hit spinning reaper midrun, etc.

The second one: The University wellcome-camp (Now I'm studying at the Semmelweis University, going to be a physiotherapist). It was 6 days long 8O including a lot of fun and alcohol  I loved it. The most important thing is that I nailed a new girlfriend there :D Her name is Panna and I love her :)

Anyway, I shredded there a few times, all the people who saw me, gave me props, I had some crazy runs, it was fantastic. A guy made a short video about me, so probably I will appear in the official camp video (they recorded a lot of things in the camp).

Some things about Footbag:

I'm still shredding and I still develope, not so fast, but without any breaks :P I still love this sport.

In this 4-5 weeks I have learned blink pretty good on both sides, drilled it, etc. Nowadays I'm practicing paradox whirls (I still suck with them), ripsteins (haven't hit it yet), blurry whirl (I have hit it BSOS, pobably mentioned already), flipside paradons, flipside quantums and guiltless runs, to develope my technical level. For example, I can hit dlo pretty easy, but after an osis, I often hit a far legover, whitch was good one time, but now it is too easy, you know. My currently record is 21 contacts of guiltless (not unique and also icluded 4 ADD moves).

Some of my new records:

17 ripwalk (like 40 minutes ago 8O :D )
12 ducking butterfly
21 pickup (finally learned it whirl-like, love it this way)
15 osis stalls, not so far from Norek's record (1252   )
12 whirls on flipside
43 mirages on flipside

now that is all I remember. My next lesson starts in 15 seconds, so I say GoodBye!

Thanks! Yesterday I had a session, nothing special. I noticed that I don't play as much as I could... I notice this again and again.

Howewer, footbag is a good point in my life. In these days I had so much things to think about, I was a bit confused. Since 2 years I try to be calm and peaceful. That does not mean I'm not interrested about the world, but I saw so many stressful people, they were so busy with their everyday problems, and it seemed sooo unnecessary for me, you know. Since that I always try to find the solution without panic and stress.

Even every things goes well with my girlfriend Panna, I got confused. Perhaps it was an emotional shock, but uuh, I can't describe it. 2 days ago I felt miserable and scarred, but did not know why. It took me a whole day to find my inner peace, but it wasn't easy at all. Last time I met her I became so peaceful again, it was such a good feeling. I believe that God send her to me, and perhaps me to her too. Now I mis her and love her. Emotions can be so illogical, you often can't solve an emotional problem logical, I realized. There are many things in love and sexual life, that are not so easy and one-sided as I thought before. I met a world which is more complicant than it seemed for me like 2 months ago.

After I spended hours with thinking about questions like that, I went out to play some footbag. It gave me a power, it was good and well-known, a thing I know and like. I really needed a stuff like that. Howewer, it went pretty good :)

some new moves: crispy torque bs (easier and better controlled this way)
and toe barrage bs.

I miss Panna

Hey, I've just ended a very good indoor session, ca. 1,5 h long. After a warm-up, I shredded a bit, imagined that I'm on a circle contest, which was pretty inspirating. Our next (and sadly the only) footbag event is coming closer and closer (7th november :) ), and I started to prepair myself to it. This year the organisers fixed the event day pretty early, so I have enough time to practice some stuff like routine, sick3 and shred:30. In these weeks I played a bit rarely, but the fact that this competition is around pumped me up.

So, I practiced my routine. I don't want to plan it trick-to trick, 'cause a drop would confuse me, and I'm pretty sure it will be not dropless; this time the best attempt was 2 drops in 2 minutes :) I am pretty satisfied with it.

At the end of my session, I spinned around a bit. I hit a new drill, second attempt: spinning clipper> ss butterfly> infinity rpt. Like 30 contacts of this would be great. I have also hit my laziest and most relaxed spinning butterfly so far. Now I love my spinnings on strong side.

Anyway, a new record from thursday: 16 smears. Also tried legovers, but dropped the 110th.

Today afternoon I washed my bag. It become lovely clean, but has some holes. It is more than one year old, I bought it in Prague at the Worlds 2008. The holes are but very-very small, and I repaired them already.

About me: I am calm, and love the world and the people again. I found my inner peace  I love Panna and she loves me. She will also come with me to Piliscsaba, to the competition in november :) It will be awesome :D

Good night to everybody reading my footblog around the world. However, I have to say thank you. I can't really imagine how an ordinary guy like me can be interesting, but I'm always happy if I read some other posts here like "keep up practicing" :) It always make me smile, thanks for that

I had two empty hours at the university, so I searched a big and flat ground near a huge building, and went out to play. It went pretty good, had some great highlights :)
At first, during the warm-up, I hit 64 contacts of infinity>ss butterfly rpt. (mentioned drill*16), shredded like 40 minutes long, after that I practiced paradox whirls. I still like that trick but still suck with it, so I really need to work on them.
They went good and all on both sides, and I reached one of my currently goals:

pdx whirl>whirl repeat, two times :D I became really happy.
As my spinnings are getting better these days, I tried spinning pdx whirl, and after a few attempts hit it :) It was totally clean I think, and I hit it 3 more times.

That was the end of the session, it was like 80 minutes long, overall I would say it was really good :)

Peace!

ps. I got my first test here at the university. I got a 2 (the notes here: 1: the worst, 5: the best :P ), so I nearly missed, but I'm satisfied. I know I'm lazy :P

Hey all, I had a very good outdoor solo session at home, like 45 minutes long, but it was awesome! :D After a short warm-up, I practiced spinnings again, it went very good.
a new drill:
spinning clipper> ducking clipper> repeat
3 new tricks, hit all multiple times:

spinning ducking butterfly (yeah finally!)
spinning ducking osis
flipside dimmiest (finally! :D )

went to school, bye!

Hey All,
my sole feels better now. I made a light solo session at the afternoon. At the beginning practiced some basics, warmed up. I felt my style and movement relaxed and good controlled. After like 30 minutes I practiced some blenders, and hit paradox blender 4 times. That was the only new move of the day, but I felt happy about it. I also find out some new combos for the sick3 at Piliscsaba, for example: assassin>phoenix>diving butterfly (hit second try), and darkwalk> blur> pixie whirl. My flipside blur sucks, I practiced it and some flipside pixies too, like 15 minutes long.

One more element of the training, a new drill: ducking clipper> ducking osis> rpt, pretty relaxed.

My friday evening was sooo amazingly good. I spent it with Panna, met her parents, they were pretty. I am totally in love. Next weekend Panna will come here to me; that will be the first time she come here. I am exited and happy about it, and also hope that we meet with my friends here.

ps. I found a good band, love the feeling of their songs. I share one of them with you, if you listen to it, watch the video too, it is simply beautiful :)

Fortunately Grek found a gym we can train in during the cold months. There is a juggling club in his school and they play in that gym, but we have also a lot of place to shred near them.

Our first indoor session was yesterday with these guys. We just grinded 1,5 hours long, it was great. Nothing new records or tricks, but I enjoyed it a lot. Exspecially grek had a good form, he hit 6 ripsteins in a row and was extremly close to pixie mobius 8O

There was a guy who can hit toe stalls, he was wearing trousers, but we played a bit, just threw the bag to each other and stalled it. It was kind of funny.

At the end I hit the cleanest locomotion in my life. The whole training was about 2 hours.

In the last few days I had a few sessions, they were all pretty enjoyable. Hit some good new moves: flipside spinning pdx whirl (my spinnings are getting better and better  ) and pixie barrage, barefoot. It is a typical barefoot trick for me. Also hit a new drill 2 days ago: spinning butterfly> ripwalk> rpt. I think it's pretty cool.

Today I practiced a drill, it seemed possible for me : tripwalk> ripwalk> blizzard> rpt. I didn't hit it, but got these 3 tricks bs. That drill would be soo awesome :)

Yesterday I watched some videos about Jim Penske. He is totally amazing, unbelieveable talentful. It was pretty inspirating.

In november or december I will order some ultrasuede light, and planetfootbag filler I guess, and start to stich professional footbags. I know it is not easy at all and needs a lot of practicing just like footbagging, but I am dreaming about stitching good footbags since I bought my Kozlov and Hania bags in Prague at Worlds '08.
I don't think I will sell them here on modified, because there are so many very good stitchers here, but in Hungary it would be fine, we don't have any professional stitchers here in the country.

What a badass session this evening. It was ca. 2 hours long. After shredding hard like 15-20 minutes long, I practiced sick3s and harder combos, it was fantastic. All the combos went pretty easy and good controlled.
Here are the results:
magellan, pixie legover, smear, parkwalk and dimwalk bsosed in a tiltless run
ripwalk> spinning butterfly> ripwalk> spinning far legover> pixie legover>opp butterfly>blur>dimwalk>blizzard>quantum...drop
blur>dimwalk>sidewalk>blizzard>tripwalk
ripwalk>sidewalk>blizzard>tripwalk>ripwalk
phoenix>ripwalk>blur>dimwalk>sidewalk>ripwalk>down doubledown
phoenix>blurriest (my first fearless link, but it was close to the end of the session, and I got tired, so I couldn't hit my first fearless sick3...)
diving butterfly>ducking butterfly>ducking pdx mirage>phoenix

barefoot: quantum mirage b2b, and a new trick: pixie ss double switchover 8)

This one was probably the best session in the last month.

Another bombastic fact:

2010 16th march: RAMMSTEIN concert here in Budapest :D I have been dreamt about this since 2005, they were here, but I just started to listen to their music, and in 2 months become a huge fan. One of my dreams is coming closer and closer :D I will buy my ticket tomorrow.

One of their new songs (uncensored clip :P ):

The national championship (in Piliscsaba) is over. We had all a great time and played very well. It was only one day long as usual, but I enjoyed it a lot.
There were 3 categories: open freestyle, sick3 and request contest. A circle contest would have been very good, but all the players wanted to go in it, so we didn't have anyone to judge :P

The first discipline was the freestyle qualification. As the Hungarian footbag community is not so big, and a lot of good players missed from there, there were only 2 pools, including 6-6 players as I remember, and 3 players from each pool went to the finals. My routine went pretty good, I had 4 drops in 2 minutes. Yes, it is a bit much, but I was pretty satisfied with it and qualificated to the finals :)

After that, we did the circle contest. It went good at the beginning, but I was knocked out a bit early, sucked with the combo fairy ss pickup>ducking mirage... my variety could be better.

The next competition was the sick3. I hit 2 combos: a safety blur>dimwalk>ripwalk and on the second try blizzard>tripwalk> ss butterfly swirl. I had some tries left, but didn't planned other combos, tried some, but couldn't hit anything else. My second one was but not enough; frankenstein>ripstein>whirling swirl (hit by Krisztián Kovács), phoenix>blurry whirl>spender (by András Horváth) and janiwalker> food processor>ps whirl (by György Gősi) were all better than mine.

I was the last one in the final pool. My routine went good, but had some stupid drops.. I dropped an inside stall>legover  2 minutes, 4 drops, but it was a good routine I think. After that all, we shredded like an hour.
At the end of the evening, listening to the announcement of the results, I was very happy and a bit surprised hearing that I won the open freestyle cathegory :D So I became the hungarian champion. It also has to be mentioned that the two hungarian footbag kings, Grek and Lurko (better said András Horváth and György Gősi) didn't do routines, only judged them (András won the request and Görgy the sick3...). So my title does not mean that I'm the best player in Hungary, but I still can't really believe that. It definetly gave me a lot of inspiration.

After having a shover and drinking 4 beers, we went to eat some pizza. My friend's (Ã

Yesterday I played with grek in the gym he found a couple of weeks ago. 2 hours of shred, with some good strings... the best I can remember was blur>pixie ss eggbeater>tripwalk>sidewalk>blizzard>run.
My challenges-thread does not work very well, so I wrote some self-challenges to myself. I'll work on them today.

ps. My qualification-routine is uploaded to youtube. Here is the link:

Well, last thursday Panna left me, so I was a bit sad and confused. Not only for this reason, but I was weak/sleepy/drunk/high/hangover/exhausted etc. in the last 4 days, and didn't have sessions over 15 minutes.

But today I returned with all of my power and might and strength and trained 2 hours long. I was/am happy and calm, and really wanted to play some footbag, so I hit some good stuff that made me smile and satisfied.
here they are:

osis>sidewalk>rpt., that was good to hit, because I hit stepping from osis only one time before.
also butterfly>osis>ripwalk bs
32 pixie legovers, new record for me :)
and a new trick: leggie style predator (with and illusion-like atomic set I mean) 8) I was really happy about this one; practiced flipside atomic sets too, and I think they got a bit better.

So now I'll have a shower and go to my friend to relaaxxx. Don't worry Ã

I shredded 4 days this week, but probably I will play today and tomorrow too. The sessions were good and useful. I practiced pdx whirls a lot, and feel like the're going better; but they're still hard. In my oninion pdx whirl is kinda trick that is hard to learn, but after that easy to hit, like flipside clipper stall.
Anyway, 4 days ago I hit food processor. Grek was my witness and said it looked good. I think it is easier than pdx blender.
