So after a very footbag rich September and a very footbag poor October - My plan is to play everyday until NYJ!
(maybe 5 days a week for 4 weeks then hope it continues on after that)

I plan on playing a lot more this year at the event.

Can't wait to see all my homies.

Who's with me?!

Hell yeah Tom. I'm ready to get back into it after taking October off.

I've spoken to a couple people on the phone, facebook, pms and so forth about room situations. I'd be happy to help anyone who is looking for roommates. If anyone wants to they can post here of course, but they can also PM me and let me know what they are looking for - if they need more people to fill out a room, or if they don't have a room yet, and any special requests (like "I don't want to be in a party room" or "I hate so and so" or "I want to be part of a massive sausage fest") and I will try to help get you matched up with a room.

7 weeks away! I've been playing every day so far. I plan on playing a lot this year, and I don't want to be rusty. Start now so you won't be. Anyone can do 30 minutes a day, find a warm spot in your garage, school, attic - it doesn't have to be ideal.

I just called the hotel and they said the discounted rooms are sold out. The regular rate is $20 more, but sometimes if you call a few times to check rooms open up. Book now and put your name on the list and if it a room opens they put you in it.

People will arrive a day early on the 26th if you wish to do so too.
WE WILL HAVE A NIGHT SHRED-ROOM (thanks to sponsor Steve Goldberg), so don't leave Monday leave Tuesday if you must b/c we should have it that night as well.
(Of course we always have to cut a side deal with the hotel when we get there so we don't have to pay $750 a night for that conference center, so there's an element of risk, but we've gotten it each year with Steve's people skills).

Boosh.

Sweet Manna.

I'm coming, but I'm curious about coming Christmas evening. I know it's pretty early notice, but is there anyone who could house me on that day or will have a room in the Hyatt on that day?

Tickets on the 26th are a lot more expensive, but if I have to get them on that day I guess it would be ok.

Also, does anyone need a room mate in the hotel? I fart very quietly and I don't wear socks in bed.

You can PM me or verbally assault me in this thread.

Thanks guys.

Cale - I'm happy to help you find space, but I'm not sure who you know and don't know. So you might need to be proactive on this & take a look at the confirmed list & pm the people you'd feel comfortable rooming with, if you haven't done so.

Cory - that picture's kinda freaking me out. In a good way.

Manna - cool! Looking forward to you confirming, hope everything works out.

Zac - I'm not sure what my plans for Christmas day are at this point, let me get back to you.

Tom - thanks for the update, I'll update the first post.

I'm also looking for crash space at the hotel.

EDIT: Any word on how much competition entry will cost? What events other than routines will be happening?

unfortunately I have had to choose between this event and a lot of expensive dental surgery... and because I have to eat I had to choose the dental work. Who knows, maybe I can still come, it sounds like the bomb-digity, but the financial state that I'm in doesn't allow for much spending.

Nick you should get the whole Portland Crew to road trip out here and pick up the Idaho gang on your way.
