For me:

a bus station
a lighter
a live tree
spoon, fork, knife
an electric pylon
a pew

that's I remember right now... I'm also interessed about new ideas :D

a friend of mine from some time back, I would give her my beers and she would pry them open with her teeth. she was hardcore.

That's always a good one. Also have a friend like Matt Cross does. He got really annoyed for some reason when he realised we had been giving him twist tops :lol:

I opened one with a hammer the other day, I used to use keys but it hurt my hand and bent the keys...

A rod laver- DUH?
I usually use whats handy, a lighter all the time. the idea is push up on the lip of the cap while leveraging it, the lever is minimal.
I have recently perfected the technique- I can make any bottle conditioned beer pop like champagne, the beer all stays in but its like a gunshot. The bottlecap hits the ceiling and bounces around the room 8)
