You are really dropping your upper body (head and shoulders) on your right sided moves (ie., whirl) Try to keep your hips underneath your shoulders at all times. You can bend at the hips slightly but don't bend over. Keeps a better center of gravity. This is something I have had to correct over time as well. Good Job!

I did that a couple of times doing the PS whirl, and it felt awesome, i just didnt catch the bag.. however i didnt know what i was actually doing.. im not sure if that was it but it is likely..
