I'm taken a bus from STL. at 1 AM on the 26th.. (about 6-7 hr drive) get there at 7-8am same day.. then gonna take a bus back at 4:30 pm on the 29th... So yeah i'll be kickin on the 26th somewhere seeing thats all i ever do...

this is unacceptable to be the first one on this page again.. two posts at the top of the last two pages.. =/.. now what picture do i get.. lol

I was wondering if you can still get the discount for the hotel, I most def going to try and make it to this, hopefully I come broke and could maybe pick up a new bag from someone.

I broke my ankle yesterday. I'm going to so my best to still make it to the event, but I will obviously not be playing.

I booked a room for $90 & did mention the Sports Fest, but you'll need to call to find out. 312-567-1234 & mention Chicago Sports Fest or the Mayor's Office of Special Events. (Chicago Sports Fest is the new name.)

I will come too - first time ever in chicago!

I don't know exactly my flights yet, but I should arrive at the 26th of december evening and I will stay over 31st of december in chicago (who wants to celebrate new year in Hamilton?)!

I hope everything works out, I am kind of bad in organizing...

hey, anybody there who can tell me what taking a cab form the airport to the hotel would cost me? iÂ´m not a 100% on using public transports, not with the baggage of a 3 weeks trip

I took a cab a couple of years ago and it is ridiculously expensive.

dont think im going now... i just got a new job at a sweet skate shop and they said they will need me all through the holiday sorry dudes. guess you will have the wait to meet me and atleast it gives me more time to get better.

On a more serious note. I have to work All day 28 & *29. So I'll only be around that Sunday. I wont be staying at the hotel and not likely hanging out in the shred room much or at all.

Suckage.

EDIT:
*NYJ is only 2 days this year, Dec 27 & 28. I only mentioned Tuesday 29th because I have to work and will not be able to hang out with y'all Monday night. Again, suckage.

Any word on how much it costs to compete?

Based on the posting on .org, it's my understanding that there are only 2 freestyle events being offered. One round of Shred30 on the 27th, and one round of routines on the 28th. Is this correct? What about informal events?

Is there anything going on on the 29th?

Excited to see everybody in about a month.
