40 grams and the Fearless 55 weighs 55 grams. I leave some room in the bag in case you like to add more weight. I know some players like 60- 70 grams in bags. Less plastic and more room, same weight.

Hey Richard - what kind of weight do you prefer for your own bags, I mean the ones you kick with?

Curious! I've been using one of your 40gs from FreedomFootbags for a year and it's remarkably light compared to others I own, while being the biggest in size. For a newb like myself it can be a pain in the ass to dex/delay these compared to a 70g which plops right down, but I can see how that can definitely improve form/accuracy of footwork. Any thoughts?

I use a Abshire Pro 60 and 65. My new models. Before that I was using a Fearless 55 for about 4 years. The 40 gram bags are for general purpose and new players. Once you are ready for something smaller and heavier, just let me know. My new models are SWEET.
