montreal session!

Played with Samuel, Jeam-Martin and Marc. No Ianek Mathieu or Seb.

I played for 3 hours, walked downtown for 2.5 hours before.

Somehow I blocked some movement in my left knee by walking, I could still play well, but string length was'nt there, and flip whirls would'nt work too much

Otherwise, I hit fusion again, probably not clean. Also pixie ducking dlo and pixie diving dyno!

Forgot the rest, but some cool combos.

new shoes came in today

I modded them and played like crap in them for 5 minutes, then switched to good shoes since I only had 30 mins at the gym :( The room was filled with sexy ladies for some cardio thing so I had to go.. unfortunate.

I will break them in and make a video soon. They look badass

Yeah, those double pickups are fun.

I enjoyed your video on the christmas calendar. Your strings are looking good, and was that pixie diving dyno?!

some Joden guy said 10 tips a few days ago and I saw them this morning.

One of them is pretty much one of my problems, back not straight, bending down, lazy stomach. But the solution to thighten the habs to stay straight help so much

here's some new stuff from using this method:
bedwetter
pixie dlo - pixie paradon
a lot more steps midstring.
scorpions tail - ripwalk
phoenix - tomahawk bsos
forgot the rest, but it was quite fun!

here's a small video I made

getting a better angle at flip gyro dlo, seems like it can become an easy trick with good practice.

today I hit gyro diving butterfly bsos, I think it's a new trick for me, not sure.

Also some original links midstring I never done

tomorrow unsure about a sess, friday seems impossible :(

Nice video. The scorpion>ripwalk looked really good. Also, good to hear some Bad Religion in a footbag video. Happy holidays.

some deep stepping opp clipper both sides

pixie whirl - merkon - rpt (trying to find stuff I could do after merkon since I do them too much)

some flip reapers, havent done any in a long time!

flip pdx drifter (and lot of flip tricks) : remember to be over the bag, crossbody and not having the hip do all the work like a lazy clippe for the set. helps so much.

1 hour sess

pdx whirl - pdx drifter bsos

pdx whirl - pdx dlo bsos

I think only flip pdx whirl - flip pdx dlo is new in there, but it did'nt take much effort to hit it since I work more on clipper position.

I still need to work on the stalls and change them, but that's too hard and I rather work on aspects I can fix first. It's fun to get better but it's also fun to see results fast.

Then I worked on flexing the abs while playing. I've been doing this for about a week but after 5-6 tricks it goes away...

So I tought : do easy tricks, toe stalls, mirages, legovers, illusions, you know.. and flex the abs the whole time. I dropped a lot at first, not used to keep it that way.

Then I moved to tiltless + guiltless and did some 30 contacts strings with some variety, one with 40 with a bunch of variety. But I will need to do the same by going easy and tiltless first. It's a good challenge for me to flex the abs while playing!
