DUDE! Feb is the better for me, I can save more money and possibly get some other people out there (Namely Scott Bevier and Red, maybe a another one or two shredders like Brian Cooper or James Chance)

So, if it's possible to move it to Mid February then let's Jam it UP!

yes, unfortunately full time work and full time school combined do not leave me with a lot of free time. i apologize.

delaying the event further will mean that school will be in session. is everyone okay with that?

As long as it isn't the weekend of the 27th in February, I should be able to go.

Come on, school is for dorks and people who want to learn stuff...

We already know footbag, so let's have a skool session in Feb at the VEGAS JAYUM BABY!

Seriously though, if it's going to be too much of a hassle to run the event during school (Which I understand) then don't worry... but if you can then I want to be there

i think there will be enough FREE crash space to go around. i'm pretty sure all of us will be able to host at our houses this year again, and i'm really not worried about being too packed. solid accommadations will come later. i will try to keep my initial post updated.

thanks,
evan

Holy Cow! Missoula's small airport is generally very expensive... but not when going to Las Vegas.

Going to try and get the time off but February is still considered the holiday season at work for some reason.

the las vegas economy is mostly based on tourism and gambling, so the casinos and hotels tend to pitch in for airfares so that people come here and spend money. that's one of the reasons the economy is not as poor here as some other places, so you will find some cheaper tickets here typically.

looks like we're going to have a good turnout. thanks for the effort.

Is there crash space from the 16th-24th? I would like to take advantage of my time off if it gets granted

edit: and is there any good camping areas? Anyone have enough free time to go camping? I know y'all are gonna be working and going to school.
