ive been kickin it 500 times a day for two days, and i just soaked it in warm water and wshed it out with some shampoo and squeezed out all the soap with warm water and gentle squeezing, do you think this should soften this up? this guy does not seem to want to break in
What the hell? I advised you to use cold water, not warm. Richard Abshire told me that warm water tightens and shrinks the facile , it doesnt help it expand. You should use cold water.....

I have had this abshire for 3 months now and play every day but it still isnt broken in. I massage it when i have time, i have tried using water and massaging it but it just wont give. Any suggestions?
Weigh it 20 grams heavier than it is and kick the thing, it will break in shortly

Let me say this...Many of Abshire's bag are made for many different players and ability levels to shred with. I personal dont like the regular sized abshire weighed at 40 grams because it is rolly and doesnt break in well, but the amerretta 55's are killer and get mushy. The Mediums or the regulars weighed from 60- 70 are shred ready when you get them and the medium faciles are my favorite. The hybrids weighed any where from 55 to 70 get REALLY soft and still keep there round shape which makes for great sets and stalls. If you really want to utilize Abshire's bags, you have to know what it is that you are looking for in a bag, and then make a custom order.

sounds like its main attraction is the set power then, i dont have problems stalling it its just a bit small and could use a bit less roundness for it to execute right
i mean i have decent stalling power i stalled a golf ball on both feet today and did an around the world with one, im just not comfortable with a tight feeling bag

Warm water can be used to wash bags. Cold water is not always advised, especially if you live in much colder climate areas.

For breaking in a bag, kick that shit around, get it dirty, and knead it like it's a stress ball. Then wash. This is definitely the case if you have a high-gathered bag.
