2 hours sess:
the deepest flip fairy whirl I ever hit
blur-smear-fairy ss mirag- legbeater (footed flip)

ripped sissy on one side! (touched my neck but whatever)

after 5 years and a half, I ducked a stepping set! But I still suck bad at stepping.

also a new link : gyro legover - smoke both sides

blurry pickup - fairy butter
fairy motion!
blur - atomsmasher both sides
some of the best atomics I ever hit, used more oumphf from support leg, delaying with toes only, cranking support foot almost to floor level while finishing delay, and then exploding even more while setting, got some great results.

this also helped on steps. and toes pointing a bit more inwards while delaying.

hit my head with a step, so maybe I will finaly hit ripped warrior one day!

forgot rest of session, but mostly steps, a bit of fairy and atomics

Ok 1,5 hour sess

nothing crazy,, but roundup on stepping tips so far that work well:

Use strength on clipper foot, no lazy clipper.

when stalling, clipper and plant foot need to be in a 90 degrees angle. (maybe not that much but having 90 in head while stalling helps me)

when setting, lift leg before plantig

when stepping, plant as fast as possible, and as close to clipper foot as possible (this is my biggest mistake left I think)
- I plant so far that stepping is so much harder, but it's hard to break this habbit)

So far this sums it I guess.

today I wanted to have a every set run, (pixe fary atomic step all bs)

every set + ss mirage, droped last step ss mirage, had everything else

every set + butter = easy

improved flip spin osis a bit, I don't use it enough, going slower and moving upper body at a reasonable speed helps.

flp toe blur
fairy buter - blur bs
blur - fairy butter - bs

for flip reaper : once you set the bag, lift the leg (knee especially) high to start the dexes.

flip step: use support leg, lift knee high while setting, setting leg (knee)pointing inwards, using lower leg to plant fast (by forward if possible)
once knee is lift past bag, then turn knee fast

forgot what else I hit or worked, oh yeah a run that missed only 1 atomsmasher for all sets+mirage bsos

first real session with new g-units. I modded them differently to cheat less and they are not broken in, so some stuff was harder.

finally hit gyro clip - ripwalk - spin clip - ripwalk - rpt

also able to hit 5 consec ripwalks without too many problems now.

flip step ss whirl - handcatch - rpt

took many attempts for that flip step ss whirl (the flip component is the whirl)

far osis - ripwalk - rpt, proved to be difficult

I tried many tips for stepping, what seemed to help is Matt Cross saying to do a little motion for the set, and after to dex the bag, hit some tricks, gona review on camera to see what it seemed like.

new trick: step ss dlo

also hit a food, been a while as well.

another shitty sess with some highlights

ducking clip - gyro whirl -ducking clip - spin whirl - rpt

strong stepping getting better while flip sucks as it always sucked. I don't rush clipper as much as I used to on strong, it's even better now.

hmm, also hit flip far symple swirl, never hit the near version...

flip reaper impovements, the set is the key, I somehow had to think to push my foot forward on the set, and it helped a lot.

worked on a new link, pixie whirl - reaper, easy on strong reaper, could'nt hit flip but some good shots.

got my nucleus

played 45 minutes

worst footbag exprience of my life.

the nucleus is what a footbag shoe should'nt be (sorry for stealing this quote from someone)

the clipper angle is reversed
the toe has also too much angle
I felt less impacts with brand new lavers... wtf?

I really hate this shoe, more then the quantum 2 or climacool.

It was harder, felt bad for my body, got me slightly hurt (impacts)
It did not prevent me from hitting any trick so far, but some took many attempts compared to first try in lavers or g-units
