Neither a woman nor a person of fog,
But so cruelly himself
That the place in the almanac is still empty?

Who is that with my glass
Drinking but not a drunkard, though
When the police haul him out of the mud
He is taken for a member of our fellowship?

Who is that writing my poems
With my pen
And taking my wife in my bed?
Who is that who has just left?

called, "Suicidal Words"

Suicidal Words

My mind thinks fast; it sputters
Stutters protruding from my lips, too quick
Words smashed together, can’t understand them
Spinning into a verbal oblivion
They stick to the roof of my mouth
Can’t think straight right now
Mind is mush, thoughts are fucked
Thinks aren’t thought out fully
Fully fucked up thoughts are released
Spilling out like blood from my battered teeth
Raw words in my mind
Decaying and unkind
Buried behind a crooked smile
Stitched to the flesh; so vile
My tongue is a gravestone
Rotting vowels leak through cracks
Dripping, dropping, drooling down my chin
Looking maniacal
These suicidal words
Taste
So
Fucking
Bitter
