Number nine is the soccer pattern with a sand fill, a sweet 45g, but unfortunatly the stitching is not quite tight enough and it leeks a little.
Bag 10 in the 8/12 (+1) blur pattern. (+1 because I'm sure I cut 12 but one went missing). Totally cool pattern, once you stitch the first panel the rest of the bag is decided. I tried a looser gather and as a result the bag is a biggie. I also tried fill it with metal bb's that i had around the house, but it totally sucks without enough volume.
Oh well, at least my little guy is getting plenty of juggling balls to play with.
I'm def going to order some filler and keeps stichin' till i get a bag that's bitchin'
on the right is 100% ultra suede soft, for a kicker i know for years who like my bags more than anything else. he kills all my USL bags .. i hope USS will live longer. steel and lead filled
on the left, for a beginner from quebec city, lead filled id like to keep it
Julien, for a long time I believed that if you stitched a 2-stitch style bag with your type of technique you could achieve great things in its consistency. And now I see the left one being the result of that! Awesome!
I should get another bag from you pretty soon, since now that the one I have from you in our trade in NYJ '08 is nearing its deathbed it's time to get a new one.

"Footbag can be pretty frustrating when it's supposed to be fun. I was partly driven by this forum - practice, practice, practice... As that is true, I think someone can be too focused on progressing and training that they miss the fun aspect of it." - Bander87
this is the first bag ive made in a long time; i used a surprisingly supple, strong leather fabric that lon smith sent me for all the panels. it feels really nice, and this is a picture of it hot off the needle dropped from two feet up. this bag will be so durable, but still playable. im considering doing a limited edition run of these solid leather red bags in my for sale thread. what does everybody think? 3 stitch, slightly bigger than golf ball, about 60 grams.
thanks guys! and i only have red, thats what lon mailed me... but erika said that her mom has a bunch of similar fabric in purple and turquoise, so im excited =]
matt, i would probably be able to spare a bit, but i dont really want to mess with mailing anything... so, are you alright with waiting till worlds/uso?
it's actually from a shirt made out of this leather, so as much fabric as is on a t-shirt, thats how much fabric i have.
hey guys I just wanna thank everyone for their help with my footbag knowledge this is my 9th bag, size off a golfball... well alittle smaller than a golfball but barely... fill is 50% of brad benson's special fill, and 15% steel shot... weight i have no clue but it feels slightly less than the 75gram i've got hanging around.

Same bag just different light, the white looks yellow which blows stupid florecent light bulb things, would be nice to have a more true light.
Recently gotten back into the mix of footbag and here are my latest creations over the past 3 days.
I'll admit that they aren't perfectly round, but the picture kinda exaggerates it. The middle one played nice for the short time I was able to keep my breath, lol, its been a while. Its nice to come back to this after so long, I wish I never stopped.
Ben, the bags on the far left and the far right are beautiful!
You sure have an eye for colour pairing, and the stitching is better than I will ever have this year =S....
1.)facile; standart highgather
(for bro if he likes it)
2.)amaretta/facile hybrid; standart highgather
3.)amaretta/facile hybrid; standart mini
( both are prize bags for the australien championships) (2. and 3. are some of the best feeling bags I've ever made!!!)
that look likes a cool bag, i dont believe i have seen one from you!
alf, the colors the right bag are soo cool, highgather with amaretta and microsuede is the only way to go.
