3 sessions in the last 3 days. None of them was extremly huge, but they were enjoyable.
monday: kicked in my room, like 40 minutes long. Highlight: gyro dlo a few times.
thuesday: shredded with grek in a gym; my control sucked, but hit 2 good links: blurry whirl>spinning osis and b2b quantum mirage (new in shoes).
wednesday: a very good outdoor solo session :) The weather wasn't cold at all, but shiny. highlight: tomahawk bsos in a guiltles run :)

I think I will play today evening too; now I feel a bit tired, so I take some rest now :)

The only sad thing in my life is that I still didn't get the planetfootbag filler I ordered 12 business days ago :( I miss stitching a lot. Last time I ordered pf filler, I got it in 6-7 business days.

As you see I had an other break in footbag and footblogging. In this weeks I really had a lot of important things to do, today I wrote 2 tests, and I'm going to write 3 other ones this week. Fortunately next week I'll have a spring-holiday, so maybe I'll have some time to shred and relax already.

Anyway, my things are going pretty good, I enjoy my life as much as I can  The only sad thing is that the PF filler I ordered a whole month ago, still not arrived, which makes me kind of scared. Last thuesday I wrote an e-mail to the planetfootbag, and they replied pretty fast like "Okay, I'll tell it to the guys who are organizing the shipping part of our business and tell you what they said". So they were kind, but I'm sure they shipped it weeks ago, and it lost somewhere between Swiss and Hungary   which would be terrible, not just because I paid it already, but I wanna stitch new footbags SOOO MUCH! This disturbed feeling makes me a little stressed and I don't like it.

The weather is but beautiful here, even if its cloudy, its so warm that I became happy every time I go out.
So let's try that. Went to shred, byebye!

I just finished the most beautiful footbag I've ever made :D :D :D :D I was very curious how it will look like with this stitching technique, and it looks amazing :D
This feeling is even better than eating an ice cream while you're high.
Pictures tomorrow

edit: and an other one: 21 contact unique quiltless (2 times) :)

I had a good outdoor solo session today.
Hit a new move: pixie ss motion and

MY FIRST FEARLESS COMBO!!! :D

which is fog>phoenix>blurry whirl. Kinda typical first fearless combo, but I was very happy about it :)

Thanks! Props to you too  I can't wait to see your PS eggbeaters again.

I have a really good time these days, there were some crazy parties and adventures, but it toke me out of shred a little bit. As I played 3 days ago, I noticed that my control is still okay, but my stamina sucks.
Next day was a university sport-day, where I played like 4 hours long. It was awesome, I taught the basic stalls and stuff to a lot of people who were interrested about it. One of them, a 29 year old girl was really talented :) I explained her how to do the toe stall, and she did it perfectly. I was surprised and gave her props, but she throw it up and stalled the bag 2 more times, without any typical failures 8O She did a good stall on flipside too, with good rhytm, good motion and all. I asked her but she never did similar sports or soccer before.

Most of the time I played tiltless there, 'cause it is "safe" and still amazes the audience, but if I was alone, tried some harder stuff too. I hit a good link: Bedwetter>dimwalkswirl :) I was really happy about this one, and had a couple of good strings too. My butterfly swirls and flails felt really good.
Two highlights I forgot to mention (they're not new) : pixie opp. whirl bsos and 10 contacts of osis>far osis>rpt. My flipside osis is finally getting better, and so my zooming does. I hit a few osis>spinning stuff midrun.

Today I wanna play too. Yesterday I watched the Europe on fire video again, and Vasek inspirated me again, just like every time I saw him playing. Only the fact that his level is physically possible amazes me.

Huh, today was probably my best day in this year so far. I feel happy and relaxed again :) I missed this feeling for a long time.
I had some good sessions during the last several days. Today it wasn't so hard, but really fun. I hit toe opp. drifter bs, which is a good thing, 'cause I never practiced drifters seriuosly, I just didn't like them.
My opinion has changed and I think I gonna learn driters. Pdx drifter and vortex look pretty cool, it would be awesome to rule them sometimes.

On last monday I had a pretty asskicking session. I hit bedwetter bsos with a blurry whirl, and dropped the flipside blurry whirl at the end. Anyway, I got bedwetter and blurry whirl bsos a couple of times, and had some 15-20 contact long guiltless runs.
Hit a new drill, first try: pixie ss illusion>pixie illusion>rpt. Flails feel easier and better controlled too.

Kicked a little bit yesterday... practiced drifters and flipside paradons. They both felt pretty good. Now I'm sure I gonna learn drifters :) I like them.

The sad thing is that my exams are coming closer, so I have to study more and more every week. I'm afraid it's gonna take me out of shred for a few weeks, but I'll try to play as much as I can.

I think I've put on some weight, 'cause I got very tired after some harder strings while playing yesterday and today. Anyway, both sessions were enjoyable and the second one was very productive.

I decided not to make huge, long-time decisions (like this one) about my footbag process, but just play as much as I can. I wish I had more time.

So today afternoon I had a very good session, I was in shape, and really wanted to play. After a good warm-up I shredded a little bit, practiced swirls and stepping concepts. Hit 4 swirls in a row on strong side, now I think I understood how to do consecutive swirls.

After that I got an idea and started practicing mobius. The gyro set felt good, and after a lot of footed tries
I hit one of my dream moves: Gyro Torque :D

I was right as I said my exams are going to take me out from shred. I kicked like 6 times in the last 30 days :( Tomorrow I'm going to write an other important test, but I wanted to shred so much, so I kicked in my room, finally. The weather is kinda rainy these days, I hope it will be better, 'cause shredding indoor is like growing a plant indoor I think.
I didn't have so much energy, because I had a sport lesson in the morning (swimming like a freak), which was a bit tiring, but the music saved my session.
Howewer, I'm totally out of shape. My stamina and my control sucks. The hardest exam is over and it went realy good, now it's resurrection time for me. The semester is nearly over, so I'm going to play every day I think.
Like Schwarzenegger said: Let's Kick Some Ass!!

ps. Yesterday I hit a new move, barefoot: pixie reverse eggbeater. I loved it.

Hey everybody!

I feel like I've found my motivation in footbag again, this "resurrection-stuff" gives me power. Shredded today like 20-30 minutes long, and it was very good. Today I didn't feel like a wreck like yesterday, but my session was a bit short.
The reason of this was that I was playing on a playground, which was empty at the beginning of my session, but after like 20 minutes a few kids found me. You can imagine what happens when 4 children (in the age 4-9) see footbag first time in their life. I'm not kinda person who don't give a fuck on them and plays further, so I explained them the sport, and played tiltless to show them the basics.
The good thing was, that there was a 9 year old kid, who really liked the whole thing, and tried some stalls. He listened to my advices, and hit a few good stalls. It looked pretty hard for him, but the second good thing was that he didn't give it up and continued practicing. Fortunately, I had 2 bags there.
He told me he usually plays soccer, and tried to kick the bag. I told him how to do inside kicks, and we practiced it together like 50 minutes long. He did a lot of good and controlled inside kicks. It was really great to see how motivated he is. Actually, he is the most motivated hungarian beginner I met so far. You know, most of the people like footbag when they see it, and they probably try it, but after like 4 tries they go away.

We will play together tomorrow too. I think I'll go there like an hour before and shred hardcore, and then teach him. It would be awesome if he entered the world of footbag.

ps. The clouds went away, the weater is sunny again.
YEAH!!!
:D :D

I also had a session today in the gymn! My game still not good, I should practice the basics again, but I hit some cool stuff again: flipside Matador, Stepping ss Eggbeater, Spinning PS Illusion (I'm almost sure, that, I've hit the last 2 before, but who knows^^ )

Have a good day tomorrow 8) !

With your flails it must be kinda easy for you :) How about trying chainsaw massacre?

Yesterday we played again; the kid I metioned (his name is András as I remember) hit 5 consecutive kicks. I gave him props, which is very important in the beginning I think. We are going to practice tomorrow too. Anyway Ã

Yesterday was so cool. I played alone indoor but it was awesome. The session was like 2 hours long and I hit some crazy new stuff. Highlights:

flipside barfly, this time clean I think
flipside torque
stepping eggbeater bs - I wanted to drill this one with parkwalk, but failed. Maybe next time.

Yesterday evening was one of my calmest evenings in the last 2 months. It was very good, but my satisfaction is gone with the night. Today morning I was nervous because of the weather. In the last two days it was so windy that it ripped the leaves from the trees; yesterday evening it seemed to be much better but not today morning.
It wouldn't be such a big problem but it's shitty for 2 weeks, which irritates me now. Why is it 12 degrees in the middle of may??? However, I'm trying to grow some vegetables in my garden this year; since they grew out from the soil, it rained like 9 days long. Now they're a bit bigger, but I'm afraid the wind will broke them. Arrrrggghhh. :x

I'm a bit like Master Shifu in the movie Kungfu panda now, when he is trying to meditate, sits in his room and saying "Inner peace...innnneeerr peeaacee..." but he is still fucking pissed off.

I wish I had faith like Jesus when he told to the wind and the sea to calm down, and they did what he said.

Hey evereyone!

The semester is close to the end, which is great. Now I have a few things to do, but the most important tests are over. Today morning I saw the SUN! The weather is getting better I mean. Can't wait for the next outdoor session.
Yesterday I had the idea to warm up professional, I mean 15 clippers on each side>relax a little bit> illusion>legover>rpt. 20 contacts>ducking clipper>ss clipper>rpt. 20 contacts, etc, and stretched a lot inbetween. It worked out very good! :) I think I gonna use this method every time.

I was in a good shape, just played around like 15 minutes long, and then tried one of Anz' training programs: outshredded songs. In his article he writes that outshred 10 songs (in averange 2-4 minutes long) can be very tiring, but I was very tired after the SECOND one! Shred 3 minutes long without any rest just kicked my lazy ass.

Playing every day is good. My everyday movement feels "lighter" now. For example I was running to the bus and I felt definetly faster than a month ago, and it wasn't tiring at all :) It was a very good feeling. The same thing with footbag, some moves seems easier and better controlled now.

ps. Ã

Gz for completing the challange! Oh, i forgot to tell you that I also hit Pixie reverse eggbeater a few days ago (if I'm not mistaken I hit it in YOUR ROOM more than two years ago, but I'm not sure... )

I'm really looking forward to shred with you again! The weather here is getting better, now it's sunny, and 21 degrees in Denmark! I'll be back in less than one week now :) !
