Australian National Championships- Call for prize bags, DVDs

Hi all,

The 8th Australian National Footbag Championships will be held from 2nd-5th April 2010 in Sydney, Australia. Friday will feature a Footbag Golf competition, Saturday 3rd we will appear on stage before 1000+ spectators at a huge and well-known food and agriculture festival, and on Sunday 4th we will be on a rooftop balcony of a large new Youth Hostel looking out over Sydney Harbour competing in Routines and Circle Competition.

I'm appealing to any Footbag stitchers, DVD producers or other footbag merchandise producers who might like to donate their wares to the competition. As with all tournaments we are on a very tight, almost non-existent budget, and any assistance we could get would be greatly appreciated.
Donations will be used as prizes or potentially as prizes in a raffle to raise funds for the Australian Footbag Association.

Apart from our unending gratitude you are more than welcome to send us advertising material, posters etc. which we can display as much as possible during the competition and on our website, www.ausfootbag.org. You can have a logo on our event Tshirt, and we can do shout-outs on the mic for your products, websites etc.

brian bear ... props to you man for offering up a prize bag ... which went to me by the way

i know you stitch a damn lot of bags at the mo, particularly with your newish freedom gig ... so props for giving a little extra to support footbag in far flung australia.

jeremy o'wheel and i will give it a bit of a work out down in hobart, tasmania, and we'll see how it rolls [or not rolls more to the point] ...

thanks for the kind words and congrats on winning the bag!
It is one of the only 2-stitch bags I have been happy enough with to send out, so I hope it does well. always cool to know another stitcher got the bag too
