Okay so its really old, and I haven't finished it, but I've been doing solo sessions as of late and will post that later.
Not to mention I have been working on releasing another video
oh ya and I'm still rerendering DotS if anyone cares still <3
US Open 2009
Alright so like everyone to know that this trip was roughly 5.1k miles! Thanks to Zac Miley, Matt Kemmer, and Sam (Zac’s girlfriend) for helping pay for the roadtrip. It’s going to be random and discombobulated.
It was nice to see everyone in the Footbag community, since after this tournament I was going to be quitting the sport of Footbag after this. But I enjoy the game too much, and as corny as it sounds (as some other people have stated) that we’re like a big family.
-Of course the biggest thing, DOTS (Dawn of the Shred) was finally released with an amazing reception from many players. Some calling it the best shred video they’ve ever seen or at least the best one in a while. I have thanked many people in the credits, but of course I want to thank everyone in the community who helped me, or gave me a source of inspiration! I hope to someday in the future, do a follow up of DOTS, but with MORE tournaments, and MORE players! I was happy that it sold so well, despite not that many people being there. As of right now Freedom Footbags probably will be distributing EZ Productions’ flag ship DVD.

Well first off hi, its been a while.
Well looks like I am back again again again! Did anyone miss me o.0
I've moved back to California, and suddenly found a love for footbag again! I'm actually back to my form already and already am hitting tricks on my flipside that I haven't been able to hit before.
Also footed that elusive Blazing Mirage
again again.
It was nice to see the club, and Stevie G. once again, plus who can say no to free soda and pizza/food. Plus he's rocking a deep fryer and makes a mean motzo stick.
Anyways if you're reading this and waiting for a copy of DotS I apologize, and I will get it to you I promise. I've said why I couldn't, but all in all it is what it is.
Well anyways. Milan came and visited, and it was a blast to kick with him, he's come a long way with his English so it was easier to connect with him (plus its easier me being too lazy to learn Czech). He simply was a blast with kick, as he kept wanting to play over and over
. Oh yeah I filmed him every bit I could, which kind of sucks since well I didn't get to kick with him as much as I'd like.
But regardless it was a blast, he was really happy that I was making a video for him, and even took the time to sit with me and review the footage. It was amusing since I can't hit a lot of tricks, so I'm easy to impress
, and Milan knows his A game, so every now and then I'd be like "AWWW MAN SO COOL" and he'd reply "No eets shit".
Side note, I messed up one of his strings, when I went "UGH" as a sound of OMGTHATSTOOSICK, and he though I said "THE", and promptly caught the bag ending what could have been an epic string. I apologize to all of the footbag community
.
Man so much has gone on, and glad that a bunch of people still kept in contact, plus its hard to leave the community, a lot of people I like.
By the way as I said another DVD will be in the works, but this time I won't be releasing any info or a trailer UNTIL ITS DONE, AND READY FOR SALE. I apologize, and hope I haven't pissed anyone off too much.

thats some tasty highlights
it appeared that something clicked halfway through the session for you, and your clippers turned better.
chang didnt play much.
alex was a stepping machine yesterday, wonderful stepping.
i think i hit a string with like 5 or 6 duckings clips in a row and a few spinning ducking/ ducking osis runs that were more than satisfactory.
fearless combos: void-->motion, and mobius-->motion-->mobius!

I'm feeling warm and glad inside, that Stanford is blogging it up, and that little shreds of shred are making it to the internet.
But for the love of god, take more pictures of Steve's Pizza. That lonely piece buried somewhere on page 2 just isn't cutting it anymore, I want more e-pizza slices, and for the love of god P Chang,
Make a Goldberg Special.
I can see the magic in my eyes. Very bass-y, very underground club beat, something that just makes you bob your head and has your hamster doing the tango. It'd be shot with the balcony open, so you could see the view from Mount Olympus on a cloud free day, and he'd be busting that shit. Later in the video, absolute reprimand-ation would be served when he'd have high speed 2 square highlights, and the cries of his victims echoing in the background as mixed by bear.
I'd pay top dollar for that footage. If Vasek get's $1 / minute on FOF, Goldberg gets minimum $5, and if there is ripwalk b2b there is an additional wheel of pure, perfectly moist mozzarella shipped to his doorstep.
Get on this P Chang. Get on this like you're getting to the choppa.

Well a few highlights here and there
Working on flip symp whirl, and its coming a long really nicely.
Satuday's session
-Ripwalk > Pdx Eggbeater (was really clean and controlled and kind of freaked me out)
-Whirr mid string also clean and a strong set out, but wasn't expecting to get it so I caught the bag
-Footed PS Whirl
I've done whirling butterfly a many times, and but the blazing mirage is still missing.
Need to work on flip ripwalks, and need to find some way to keep my glasses on so I can work on spinning. Also need to drill more.
And Zeb is going to retouch up DotS so we can rerelease it (again apologize to all, you will get your copy.)

progress city!
longer strings, today i did legover L > mirage L >legover R > Mirage R > butterfly L > mirage > and then i think i ended with a paradox mirage on one side, this is a guesstimate because i don't remember the string exactly i was just doing what i could, i think that's my longest string so far
i also did a infinity right to left, and i have P Mirage down pat both sides, i was doing clipper to clipper one side on both sides i hit it 15 times in a row
alex recommend i continue with clipper to clipper practice, oh and im hitting my little combo a bit more=] and BS
clipper > far leg over > clipper > mirage > clipper > Paradox mirage
hopefully i can start doing some longer strings, im gunna go all out on clippers as alex suggested, i figure that will benefit me in the long run more then practicing toe a lot will
oh and i did a clipper to butterfly SS once or twice on my right

its now been about 2-3 weeks since i started playing. today, steve fixed me. apparently, my toe stalls with my left side were all jacked up and weird. they looked normal to me but apparently they were not. either way, the problem has been fixed and i hope it stays that way. i landed a clipper for the first time today. it wasnt exactly pretty, but im sure that itll smooth out with practice. i also practiced doing consecutive toe stalls followed by a clipper. i landed it a few times but i still need practice. overall, pretty good progress.

Ugh, so been on a rather odd streak with footbag. I frankly haven't cared for it, or really much of the community.
I doubt anyone knows
but I kind of haven't been on this site in ages. Then again I don't sit here whoring myself out the forms.
Anyways, I know I have some past "forum wars(lol)" with others, and really for the most part its a few people that get on my nerves. Often non issues are picked or the community "dick rides" some other posters. Regardless I don't hold any ill will towards anyone, and would be more than happy to sit down and just shoot the shit so to speak. If you're interested hit me up USO or Worlds.
I am finally shipping the power cord to Zeb, so he can touch up DotS (Dawn of the Shred) and we can finally get everyone their copies. I want everyone to know I'm not out to steal money, or heck I won't even be making a profit off of this. I flew/drove myself to some eight tournaments, and frankly it put me out of a lot of money.
I found it very rude that a certain person accused me of trying to profit off of footbag. No offense, but I think of the DVD more like a stitched footbag. Then again that same person is featured on a non footbag DVDs, so I can sense the hypocrisy for sure.
I will apologize again for how late the DVD has been, but frankly I just haven't cared for the footbag community as a whole. Person to person I like to keep in touch with them and chat it up (lot of cool people in the sport). But like I said, all this place seems to be is non-issues, flaming, trolling, etc.
Though apparently Evan Gatesmen said that I'd be missed in the community. I highly doubted that, but felt nice to hear someone say that.
Anyways with footbag, I frankly stopped caring to go to Stanford or Steve's house. It feels more like a choir than a passion, and I have been looking for something to spark it. I mean I'm not even stoked for USO, or Worlds. The new tricks I've finally hit whirling butterfly, ripwalks b2b, whirr, pdx eggbeater, etc I really frankly could careless about.
As of right now though, I have better things to do than to waste my time for something I'll never get good at.
