try and think of combos that have moves you already know (like mirage > legover > repeat) and try and do them again and again and again with smooth style and control with your arms. Watch videos of your amazing countrymen like Norek and Gielnik (and so many others) and try and copy their smooth, efficient form. One my favorites in your country is Szymon Kalwak, who seems to bust SUPER hard with minimal effort. The more you look like those guys, the better

also, the intro was maybe a bit long, but that is not a real important criticism
