I mean..they were always doing such a great bussiness and offering quality customer support.
Now, I order 1kg of metal filler from PF Switzerland and it takes one month for them to tell me that they don't have it right now. It takes another month for them to tell me that it will take another month.
And it takes them forever to refund my payment (still haven't seen it).
What's up, PF?
What's up with Planetfootbag?

Me and two more Spanish stitchers are in the same situation. We ordered 3 kg of steel filler from planetfootbag international with priority mail shipping one moth ago because we need the steel soon to fill our footbags, because we have to get the fill of other footbags out to fill the new ones.
I sent them some e-mails to see what happened, but they didn't ask my e-mails (no one of the two I sent them), and now I read this post in modified...
Please, send us the steel or give back our money.

whew, thats bad news.
basically what happened is that the guys running planetfootbag have now got jobs and kids and all that stuff, which keeps them occupied.
planetfootbag is a volunteer run business, unfortunately not many people are stepping up to help or take over the business. people who are trying are finding out that it is one tough job to do without getting paid for...
will try to clear things up.

It could help if there's someone that can be contacted outside of modified, via e-mail or phone number. Is there anyone that's active in the planetfootbag company that has e-mail or a number?

"Footbag can be pretty frustrating when it's supposed to be fun. I was partly driven by this forum - practice, practice, practice... As that is true, I think someone can be too focused on progressing and training that they miss the fun aspect of it." - Bander87
