Hopefully everyone will have a really great time and send out Funtastiks in style! It is definitely one of the best tournaments in North America and in my opinion the best. Great freestyle, great net, great festival, and great friends. Brenda and Joe have done so much for footbag with this tournament and beyond. So if you have never been or if you have been every year, make sure you get out for it!

Dammit Adrienne.

Does anyone have advice on whether it's better to drive on I-80 or go down to I-76 or any other advice coming from the west. I just ask because I read the tolls can add up to $25. which is ok, but also just some confusion because google says take I-80 to Route 322/22, and mapquest and GPS say 76.
just wanted to hear thoughts from people that know.

Hey so Im gonna be getting in tmrw night around 8 or 9 I think and from looking at the event details on footbag.org it looks like people will be meeting at the Keystone room at the Holiday Inn. Just wanted to make sure this was still the plan for everyone. Also is there a number I could call in case I happen to get lost and need directions?

I really wish I could have stayed the extra day, I had so soooo much fun at this event! It was great seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new ones! I hope I get the chance to shred with everyone again at some point. Thanks to everyone who helped organized the jam and everyone who attended; once again, too much fun!

Wow. Just got home from that, very wonderful solo drive through the wilderness of PA and NY. Great tournament. I feel like it was my best time at a tournament since like, last January. Awesome eating, awesome conversation, good shred, good competitions, GREAT mix of player calibre, ranging from a large band of very motivated beginners to a trio of footbag gods.

I'm very excited that there are so many new players on the east coast. I had no idea that there was such a good amount of potential in our nice little area. So, like, "east coast tournament 2014" is going to have some new good big names, I sure do hope.

Huge huge thank you to Brenda and Joe for another superfun Funtastik tournament.

It was great seeing a bunch of friends, watching some epic net, shredding, and just soaking in the footbag scene. It was like a miniworlds. Expect a writeup in my blog in the next couple days.

Awesome time for sure. Great to see folks from East Coasts again and to meet all of the new people whose names I either forgot right after shaking their hands or will slowly and unfortunately forget over the course of the next few weeks (except for you, Way-Way).

I had so much fun just shredding in different circles outside of competition. Thanks to Matt and Drew for the wise council on not shredding all day the first day of a three-day comp. I didn't listen, but that advice coupled with the fact that I currently can't walk and was too sore to compete will lead me to never do it again.

Must have more east coast jamming, especially in the void of Labor Day weekend without Funtastiks. New Yorkers, I want to shred.

It seriously was such a surreal feeling to be back at a footbag competition but I loved every second of it. The footbag community is so hospitable and has some of the nicest people around. I didnt get to say bye to everyone since I had to wake up early Monday and leave for school but to everyone especially the hosts of Funtastiks, thanks for everything.

Easts Coasts scene is coming back hard so whoever wants to shred it up me and cheebies will be down by Atlantic City skooling our shizzzznit. Such a good weekend!

funtastiks was amazing! My first tournament experience was like being at a home I wasn't aware existed

Though I didn't compete and don't really plan to in the future, I was so excited that EVERYONE is so positive, encouraging, and willing to help with anything from tips to tutorials on stitching (thanks mc!)

I LOVE the footbag community and hope to become a familiar face in the years to come
