... and start a new one!

Image

new MC model...

Ben Cooke Signature series - EXTRA large, and EXTRA floppy, but not abnormally heavy. Bags like this grab the foot so nicely that they may as well have fish hooks on the outside.

edit: two more notes on this bag - it's my first 4-stitch bag, and also, that green is Active Green USL (not USS), the long-discontinued superchoice green :)

great bags guys.
matt, ben cooke models are the bomb, i've made a few like that for him ;)
i love my 2-stitch bags more than my 3-stitch bags which is why i made one for myself, along with 3 more 3-stitch for freedom.

First one in a long time. I believe it's number 9 or 10. Kind of large, but only half the number of stitches as Matt's up there.

Sort of. Takes me a couple of days to complete a single bag, and then I take it apart to redo the ugliest pents.

Maybe more soon. I need all new filler first, lead is yuck and my plastic is too big.

What is this sick new material y'all are using? I see the disco fabric, which I have a square of, but there's other shiny stuff on the last page.

Does any of it let light through? The USL is too thick for a glow bag.

I think we all just get Brian to buy it for us ;) I'm going to go on a shopping excursion with Waylon one of these days to find some sweet stuff.

stunning bag Brian!

My bag has the same material for pents as brian's does, but you can't see it in that photo.

hahahah, hilarious zach.

here's a bunch of my recent ones, including a new one from today (#437), the disco and green 2-stitch at the front.

Image

The three 3-stitches in the middle are for sale, although I think Tom Gartland is getting the glittery silver and blue one at the front tomorrow.

2-stitches are $25, 3-stitches are $30, 4-stitch BC Xtra Grande are $35, all plus $5 for shipping.

my recent one:

the stitching is kinda wierd because the greenish stuff is silly to stitch. but its playable and totally cool to look at non the less :D another one of the "mini series" i am stitching right now!

marco, the pieces are so big on bags of that size that you could make them out of dragon hide and it would be gushy ;)

however, I'll try this combo you mentioned soon to see how it feels! Thanks for the tip.

the last two bags are a delight for the eyes! I'd like to try some of that fabric out marco!!!

agreed, disco is kinda thick for hexes (at least on normal sized bags)

marco, is that corduroy? it sure looks like it, that's gotta feel really interesting.
