^ Thanks man. I shred between 2 and 4 times a week for at least and hour and a half each session. 3 to five times a month I shred for 3 or 4 hours. 95% are solo sessions. Some sessions are planned and some are just whatever I want to do. I do however try to maintain certain tricks every session, ie ..janiwalkers, some swirling spinning stuff, and others. I do some sort of trick basically EVERYWHERE I go, such as reverse swirls, twirls, and spinning variations. I work alot, am married, and have 5 year old twins so I cant shred as much as i would like. I have also been trying to practice music more lately. Basically to get to a point where my shred and my music are at the level that I would like would take me practicing either about 3 to 5 hours a day for at least 2 years.

What instrument do you play?

Props on chipping in footbag while being busy!
I understand the thing about 3 to 5 hours per day about getting where you want to be.This will totally changed my situation.

Wow, great stuff Mark! I particularly liked the jani x2, and the ripsteins ending in dragon.

Zjeezy ...Only one set of twins. A boy and a girl.
Kljopa.....I play piano, saxophone, and I sing. I am a full time professional musician, Masters Degree in Jazz Saxophone.

Ken,
Thanks...janiwalker repeat has taken me some time to get to. I never really tried to end a ripstein on dragon until that session. I cant do it flip, yet it feels good on my other side. "downward spiral" was a random thought that took me about 10 tries to hit. I think next session I might try fairy swirling reverse swirl. I keep trying to hit swirling twirl>janiwalker>Swirling spinning butterfly, but the first link I have never hit.

Anyway...thanks for the nice comments . I will session and tape at least 3 times this week.... 8)

It's inspiring to read your posts and watch you bust. Seriously. I have no idea how you manage to keep your dedication to all these demanding things yet still spend time with your family, but it makes me want to try a lot harder then I currently do!

Many props.

Nice Aleksei! My body still refuses to understand how those swirling monster tricks work.

Bit of a milestone for me:

I've now hit all the gyro/spinning egg/dlo variations on both sides.
