Thanks for the comment Tom!

Played with Fedja today in the youth center.

Highlights:

fairy ss lo>fairy mirage>nagellan>fairy lo>rpt>fear>fairy lo>fear>fairy lo(drop)
. Overall inserted bothsided fairy set into my strings this sessions, happily my flip fairy returned after drilling it for some time yesterday! Hooray :P

diving osis>torque>rpt>pdx dlo>small run

fairy ss guay>neo guay>neo ss legover BS
if this drill keeps in my mind ill try to drill it and insert later in strings, neo set is super style, especially neo guay.

spinning clipper x15 on strongside , x7 onweakside
2 times less but correct technique. i used to tap the floor, just like in the video i tap on spin osis>swirl drill

Smoke become easier, i didn't do it that often before.

close to mobius b2b again.

Playing tomorrow with Fedja again.

Thanks Corey!

Played solo today Fedja went home to another city. Legs were really sore in the morning, i stretched out with 3 min stretches, and by 3pm they were good enough to shred.

I guess i didn't hit anything new. I tryed to hit 25 drifters but got x15.

I'm into spinning/ducking/diving osis>swirl combos. Like from the Stand Alone Vasek video, when he does in one string diving osis>rev swirl>spinning osis>swirl>merkon. I would love to do such combos.

I might start posting some videos from my solo sessions, like some string or a drill. I filmed one for today!

I've hit this drill on monday for the first time, i like the seal.

So i played 5 times this week. This is good, hopefully the upcoming week will bring 5 sessions also. Since Fedja is away in Narva i decided not to shred and rest on the weekend.

Finishing my pull up program for this week right now, just did the last 5th set of 4.
From tuesday ill start doing 8,6,5,5,4. Pull ups are quite hard.

Gave my freezes a try, haven't done them for a while. they sure feel tough.

Solo session probably tomorrow before the lessons.

Played solo again today.

Payed attention to basics, drilled some clipper drills, toe drills, mixed ones.

At one point I've noticed a kid watching through the window, i opened it and told him that he can come in and look closer. He was with his sister or just a girl. They were like "You were on the talent show!" "You did so great". I talked to them for a bit, gave them footbags to try. Then the boy left and the girl stayed for 20 more minutes and tryed to learn juggling( i showed them my juggling). From that point my sesion ended, i did some more tricks and started stretching.

Earlier at the Uni, i introduced footbag to my classmates, as my teacher asked me to do on our previous lesson. I got to play there a little bit too, everyone seemed to like it.

Here's a long tiltless run:

Would be great to get some critic\suggestion on my form or whatever that could be useful.

Anyone likes this type of music? (like in the clip)

I lost my job.Actually all the workers who were involved in this project were given the ax. I kinda didn't feel anything about, different things happen.
There are some negative sides and some positive.I planned to buy some gear and just stuff i could find useful. The positive side i will have more free time.

Solo session today again. My left ankle was sore after warming up, eventually my left shin got sore. I did some cool drills, which you can watch in the video below. My shin is quite sore now, ill try to take a hot bath and maybe massage it, there's a session with Fedja planed for tomorrow, i dont want to miss it.

Making these little videos kinda pushes me to hit some drills, so i can post something in my blog.

I was quite close to hitting toe blender>dyno>blender>mirage>rpt, i keep getting either 1\2 of the drill or 2\3. I've been trying it for a while now.

You asked for some critiques:

On easier tricks, you're waiting too long for the dex to happen, and then rushing the stall, then once you're finished with the stall you're rushing into the trick. It's an odd rhythm. Try smoothing that out by doing back and forth infinities, timing each one and spacing the parts out evenly. The pivot, dex, and delay motions should all get the same amount of time. This applies to every trick, I think.

You're shoulders and back also seem a little tense - relax a little bit, knowing that your body will be fine without the extra help from your shoulders. Make sure your back is fairly straight though, don't hunch.

Nice tiltless run.

Thanks for that Zac, i rewatched the video and understood the point you brought out.

I didn't play thursday and friday, since the shin was quite sore. Sasha is visting Tallinn toda, we will have a session. This should be fun! I love playing together with him.

Anyone saw the movie " Peaceful Warrior" if you have you probably imagined someone busting huge footbag moves in the end of the movie. Quie good movie, certainly one can make a parralel with footbag.

It was great to play with Sasha, he is busting out quite big! On the otherside he stresses some drops too much and swears alot, which is a big downside for me.

I played so so, i have this feeling that i dont put too much effort into my tricks, maybe its a good thing, ill find the exact amount of energy for tricks and my style will become lighter.

It is actually snowing right now here, the temperature jumps from -1 to 4 so it will all melt upon landing.

Definetely insipired by Sasha to drill more, my shins didn't bother, which means ill probably have a session tomorrow, monday is 100% sure.

What a session today, i was more energetic today and definetely pushed myself more this time.

Whirlwind BS being a new trick.

Janiwalker bsos, bsosing this trick feels so great, wow. I can imagine hitting lots of baraging moves must be vere joyful.

pixie op swirl>whirl>stepping ss swirl>spinning clip this combo feelt great!

Had some 5>5>5 into a string.

Missed food>mobius, i air shreded this drill, it is awesome. Nothing beats this kind of combos.

On the otherside I can say that through my yoga\esoteric practises I'm now able to get small periods of time where i have no thoughts, i've broken this barrier now i believe this skill will only rise.
Mobius>ripwalk>string

Oh yeah i've also hit far swirling monster, new trick.

I don't remember all the stuff i have hit but todays session was a blast.

As i once said, morning session are tough, you have to struggle to get past soreness and then it's somewhat okay to play.
Nevertheless i had a good session!

One subject got canceled today, so i might go shred again in an hour or rest and do other things.

Nice! I really liked the first move! Can you hit it where the entire moves is done with one foot without any "spinning" motion? just clipper same swirling same monster. You should try it

Thanks!

If I understood the move right it would be sort of a swirling same inside?

Exactly but you are looking over your back or far shoulder. If you could fit that in with the inside stuff at the end...

That's is one hard trick Corey. If you have Jordens video Lethal session, check it and tell if the trick there on 4.13 is it, though it seems not be, as i watched it right now. Your variation should be lot harder.

I played monday evening, nice session, some freeze practice also. I toke tuesday off and played today with Fedja. Really good session, nice atmosphere , we played for 2 and a half hours.

Some things I remember:

spinning osis>ripwalkx2>rpt

torque>ripwalk>rpt

around 25 ripwalks, stepping became easier to execute after drilling barraging set

gyro eggbeater really happy about this one, feels awesome.

My flip spinning is much more effective for gyro tricks , I need to apply this to my otherside where i get more consecutive though. The spin itself happens faster on "flip", this jumping out motion does the trick. I guess the only key to improve the "strongside" is to practice no plant spinning clipper and study the form of my "flip".

In the morning we had sport class, since there are mainly girls in the Uni, they did some fitness exercises, i warmed up and drilled freezes, i did some new combos which feelt awesome, since new combos and tricks are hard to get, and once you get something done well atleast 1 time after trying for some months it feels quite rewarding and barrier breaking.

Probably solo tomorrow in Uni, i have a 3 hours break between classes. Fedja might drop by if he makes it.

Played solo yesterday, mainly drilled.Today played with Fedja. My shins are going to be sore probably, tomorrow is off 100%.

Some new stuff from the 2 sessions:

Spender BS oh yeah! I've hit strongside several times, flip was harder to get, footed it many times and then nailed it.

spinning swirl BS :D this trick is awesome

osisx3>inspinning osis>rpt

spin osis>insip osis>torque

fairy gyro pick up - new trick probably also

@ Corey

I keep forgetting to try that swirling monster, but i believe i won't hit it, its too hard

2 days off is enough, tomorrow ill shred at my Uni and the others days too.

Scorpions tail>osis>spin clip>scorpion

fairy ss whirl>dlo>rpt

spender and spin swirl BS again.

The least i remember from the last sessions. Lots of janiwalkers BS but never bsos )
