1 hour sess while girlfriend and baby where asleep!

drilled the blur/blizzard drill for a few, nothing worked pretty much, so I moved on to my open mixers (far and near)

ended up hitting a lot of them midstring in pixie shuffles, so that felt pro.

And for the final, hitting all 4 in one string, execution was'nt top, but I'm taking it :D

Next step: linking open mixers, and maybe doing the drill, seems possible as I've done great pixie sets out of every 4 of them

Ok so no shred for the last week, I was pretty busy with taking care of the new home, especially moving (took 5 days + 2 painting days)

Decided to kick about 30 mins tonight before a small swimming followed by the spa :D

Well I hit one new trick: shut motion, pretty happy about it

drilled some open sets, was doing awesome, switched to shut, especially going for shut pickup-shut ss pickup-rpt, footed a bunch of times, good drill to work shut set and pickups :D

finished sess by working on using dex leg mostly on sets, did some good atomics and steps, finished on step ss whirl on second try

set a new personal record of 2 bags juggling at work the other day, 32 contacts

today first real sess in like 2 weeks, about 1.5 or 2 hours, not sure

hit some good stuff at the start, then was drilling some sets, steps and shut mostly

flip shut midstring is now something real!

some good flip steps too, still sucks

wanted to hit ripwalk-matador-ripwalk, got the first 2 contacts

did a lot more pickups lately too, even at work when I mess around during breaks.

hit a cool combo; spin pickup-shut muted clip-far late toe

besides that, I footed blurry whirling rake, but the bag flied away :(

Today filmed a sess, played 1.5 hours, weather sucked, forgot my good bags, so played with some old bags, but they still did good

Worked on steps, finaly figured out something (I keep finding weaknesses in those steps!)
Main issue, I switch momentum from foot while stepping, I mean I should have the momentum in the dexing leg until that the set is complete, and Voila, I can now do flip blur on demand. When I miss, it's because I used momentum on the setting leg instead of dexing leg. Result: Pick up the bag, use momntum on correct leg, and works.

A lot of people told me "bad footwork" in the past, and I finally found out the problem (I said this so many times, but this time I'm pretty sure)

Judge for yourself in some highlights in this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSyxGlvYqRk

First trick is kind of weird, like shut swirling late outside?

Another thing, sets variety is doing good, flip shut is not risky anymore, basic stepping tricks are viable, open set is easy as stealing from a baby, quantum is 50/50, and atomic I still don't use much, but I'd say 50/50 as well.

Some goals I have now: every set drill (blur-smear-fear-toe blur-legbeater-rpt), blubberman, and the open dlo drill. These are all long term, but would make me a proud veteran :D

I don't recall last real sess

I still kick at breaks at work, double spin is'nt too far, needs tweaking so I can get it more then 1 out of 10

inspin is real close on strong side now, can almost feel it, I always foot or overspin inspinning osis!

I really like inspin, wanna get good at it

also working on spins out of knee bumps, so far got close to a couple

edit: played 10 mins in my shred room, got inspin legover
